If you're scheduled to work 7am-7pm with a client they will call you to cover for someone else even after you worked that long shift & if you turn it down that goes as a strike against you. I would not let majority of the caregivers care for me or my family members. While the manager Matthew is friendly & hospitable the other office assistants lack training or know how in management.
