I am very disappointed with my experience at this practice. On multiple occasions, my psychiatrist appeared unfamiliar with my treatment plan and even seemed unsure which medication had been prescribed to me. There was also a delay in getting my medication sent to the pharmacy, which caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I have felt that my concerns were often dismissed rather than taken seriously, leaving me feeling unheard and unsupported. In addition, there were issues with appointment management, including missed or forgotten appointments. (That was a big red flag) and made me feel extremely forgotten about. When seeking psychiatric care, patients need reliability, attention to detail, and confidence that their provider is actively engaged in their treatment. Easily the worst medical provider I have ever encountered in my life. She commutes insurance fraud and I had to be on the phone with my insurance company for at least 10 hours. After I brought up her fraudulent billing, she told me not to contact her further. Haha! Not only did she leave me thinking there was no way to get my medication, but she was rude and dishonest. She deserves to lose her medical license. If I could give you one piece of advice, RUN from this provider. Do not trust APRNs they do not have adequate training. read more
