Unprofessional, rude . Worst experience I have ever had. Demeaning and condescending. Angry when I reached out to ask about symptoms from meds she gave me. Have been told since by several Doctors that the meds she gave me should have NEVER been given to me. For a diagnosis I don't have and meds rarely used ! Put me through merry for several Months. read more

Established in 2003.

Thrive Behavioral Health PLLC was founded to offer comprehensive mental health care for individuals of all ages. With over a decade of experience in telehealth, outpatient care, and assisted living, I’ve developed a practice that blends compassion with evidence-based treatments to promote well-being.

Meet the Business Owner: Kimberly M.

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my inspiration comes from a deep passion for helping people. I’ve spent years honing my skills in diverse settings, from telehealth to outpatient care, and I've seen firsthand the positive impact of holistic, compassionate mental health care. This inspired me to create Thrive Behavioral Health, where I focus on providing personalized, empathetic care to help individuals overcome mental health challenges and improve their quality of life. There was also a delay in getting my medication sent to the pharmacy, which caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I have felt that my concerns were often dismissed rather than taken seriously, leaving me feeling unheard and unsupported. In addition, there were issues with appointment management, including missed or forgotten appointments. (That was a big red flag) and made me feel extremely forgotten about. When seeking psychiatric care, patients need reliability, attention to detail, and confidence that their provider is actively engaged in their treatment. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those expectations.

She deserves to lose her medical license. If I could give you one piece of advice, RUN from this provider. Do not trust APRNs they do not have adequate training.
