We saw Dr. Robert Rosenberg last July and it was an extremely unpleasant experience. Robert has a…read moresuperiority complex and has no problem talking down to patients. He thinks very very highly of himself. There's nothing like having a doctor perform emergancy surgery on you and then talk down to you following the surgery because you only saw your primary care doctor and not a specialist like Dr Rosenberg, a real OB GYN doctor... which he brags about being the best in all of Lake County. Fast forward a year later and my wife went back to see Robert and he recommended my wife have an ultrasound which we did because she had excessive bleeding again. It has been 6 days since the ultrasound and Robert has yet to review the results. My wife had to go to his office to get his attention (because they never answer the phone when you call) only to be talked down to again. Husbands please take your wive's to great doctors.

A year ago plus, my father was having Difficulty with swallowing and kept choking when he ate anything. His hmo insurance was not great and to do an upper endoscopy with dilation in the hospital would have been $5000 out of pocket!!! I took him to Dr. Deyrmenjian and explained our situation. The doctor was so understanding and kind, he offered us a very discounted cash pay cost to do the procedure in office. He took excellent care of my father during the procedure and checked on him after. With routine daily medication and the procedure, he no longer has the difficulty Or choking with swallowing Food. Following this, my husband was having the same issue as my father off and on. Finally decided enough was enough and we went to see Dr. Deyrmenjian last week for consultation. The doctor scheduled him right away for the following Tuesday to perform the in office endoscopy with dilation and even came in on his off day to do it. He is efficient in doing his procedures and explains everything and provides reassurance when needed. The procedure was successful and we were in and out of the office. The office staff including front desk and his nurses are wonderful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Deyrmenjian for your gastrointestinal needs! He is a caring and compassionate doctor that is knowledgeable and straight to the point.

I have a lot of really good things to say about Dr Weiss. The reasons that I have given her a less…read morethan stellar rating are mainly the practice where she works and the people on her staff. 1. My wife and I both find the front office staff rude and abrupt to the point of being alienating. They have been this way more or less for the 2 years we have been going to this office. We feel hesitant to even go into the office given this belligerent attitude. 2. It is very difficult to get an appointment unless it's an emergency and then they can get you in the same day but not necessarily with Dr Weiss. You can wait up to three months to get an appointment for a physical. The office continually recommends you see a nurse instead of Dr Weiss due to her schedule. What is the point of having a primary care physician if they continue to try and schedule you with some other person? 3. On a recent appointment I was suppose to see Dr Weiss - according to the front desk - but the doctor had left by the time I arrived on time for the appointment. Instead I saw a nurse practitioner and she basically said she couldn't find anything wrong with me but if my symptoms persisted I should get a chest x-ray and to call the office to schedule. After continuing to feel bad I called the office to arrange for an x-ray but they gave me the run around and never bothered to call me back that day. I eventually went to see another doctor and he properly diagnosed me very quickly. Also, the staff and nurses at this new office were very professional and friendly. Dr Weiss is a very good doctor but surrounded by less than professional staff. I also think she needs to do something about her schedule - what is the point of having a primary care physician if you cant see her? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am adding to this review after another unpleasant experience with Dr Weiss' office. I asked the office staff to send me my medical records on a jumpdrive so I could give them to my new physician. They did so - but they sent it to the WRONG address, an address I haven't lived at for over 5 months. What is it with these people? Now my medical information is god knows where. Again, if you haven't heard enough to avoid this office totally I would just be careful going forward.

My advice is to run as fast as you can from this doctor or maybe you should question all of your drugs that she has you on if they are really truly necessary this needs to be brought to everybody's attention because she does not deserve her 4.3 stars because the truth of the matter is, she wants sick patients to push fill her pockets with money. The nurse practitioner Laura is very nice and does her job well. My main complaint with this office as of late is it seems very hard to get an appointment with the doctor.
