I reached out to Lyna through Yelp last minute to see if she could help me with a hair color correction after a bad experience the night before. I also explained that I had an important holiday event coming up, so timing was really crucial. I was so pleasantly surprised when she responded immediately and was able to fit me in the same day. Lyna was very transparent from the start. She let me know there was a $50 non-refundable deposit (which I was completely fine with) and also prepared me ahead of time that the appointment would be very long. Before even confirming, she asked for photos of my current hair along with inspiration pictures, which really showed how thorough and professional she is. After a few talkative hours, I walked out with my confidence fully restored. What a difference! I am beyond grateful and truly feel blessed to have found Lyna. She is a godsend. Not only is she incredibly skilled with color correction, treatments, and coloring services, but she is also the sweetest person and such a great listener & uses really great quality products such as Redken & Paul Mitchell brands.
