My daughter had gone there for a time to get braces. Mind you, I would drive from Conway, NH to…read moreHanover to get to this office, and it isn't a straight shot there. A close to three hour drive to get there. So after awhile, when things were going on and we couldn't get there, her state insurance ran out after she turned 18. Having been PAID IN FULL, he thought he could pull a fast one and try to extort another $800 for removal of the braces after it had been a few years. Well, with a little help from some local people, this guy was reported to the state for being the fraudulent, condescending, snippy jerk that he is. All she wanted was her braces removed after they had been on longer than they should have been and he got greedy. Greedy little man. I would advise EVERYONE to stay away from this character, a guy that is head of the board of whatever orthodontal secret society. He is a snake oil salesman, a shyster, a charlatan, and a churlish, snide little man. It is a drive-thru office that herds kids in and out so he can line his pockets with state insurance money. Avoid this guy (if he has his license to practice much longer) at all costs!

I saw Dr.sal as a teenager. I was told two years in treatment. I have great oral hygiene and…read moreparticular about my teeth. Well after those two years I got out of braces. I still have a pretty evident open bite and #8, #9 aren't even. His only answer to that was have jaw surgery for "Tmj" Not to mention when they took my brackets off they left cement behind. Now being an adult and working as dental assistant I know we don't refer to things as TMJ because guess what everybody has 2 joints. I've been out of braces for 5 yrs and starting Invisalign which is less invasive to correct a minor issue that could of been solved assuming I saw an orthodontist who knew what he was doing and cared. I feel sorry for my mom paying ridiculous money for absolutely no reason. I wouldn't refer anyone to see him. If he's your only choice go without you'll end up paying for it years later.

What a pleasant place...staff and all! I have been delaying braces in any way I could for the past…read more18 months....there must be something simplier, something more affordable..........that is what I kept hoping for and trying different solutions. At About Face Dr. Price offered me the shorter term invisalign program that other orthodontists did not propose. My issue is not large nor should it take 18-24 months to resolve. He was the only orthodontist that provided this "express" option alternative. My next visit I will receive my Invisaligns and I am super excited!! Thank you Dr. Price for giving me that less expensive option - I am grateful for that! Oh yeah - and I laughed a lot while I was there....what a pleasant staff.

My Daughter has been treated twice by Dr. Price, she has upper and lower retainers that she has to…read morewear every night and she does it religiously, although they are no longer working. Several month's ago when we were in his office getting the retainers tightened (thinking they were simply loose hence why they weren't working), we spoke with him about her bite and the anatomy of her mouth changing... He had my daughter in tears referring to her as both mental and clueless, he never even checked inside of her mouth, took models or x-rays. Our general dentist found at her 6 month cleaning that she has an open bite meaning that only her back teeth are touching which makes chewing her food near impossible; she is tearing and ripping her food! She needs braces again and some teeth may need to come out, I would not let Dr. Price treat my dog, he needs to get over himself.
