Waste of time. Brought list of products wanted. Just needed pricing. Got from another area vendor - 2k in product, guess that is not enough to trouble them with. Would shop elsewhere if you expect more respect from a vendor than being ignored. read more

The letter explained that ABC Supply was the supplier for building materials for the project, then became highly aggressive. It instructed us to perform an unnecessarily complex set of steps involving our bank, all aimed to make sure that ABC ultimately received payment for the materials from the contractors. It went on to say that if there were any complications in the matter, they could put a lien on our home and force us into foreclosure. Honestly it doesn't matter to me who the supplier is for my contractor, and it shouldn't have to. This is not a good way to conduct business.

We later found out that Fireside didn't install an ice dam, which is required in this area.
