He's not only a wonderful photographer but he has amazing interpersonal skills and instantly put me at ease. He definitely knows his craft and how to make anyone look their best using his knowledge of angles and lighting. He made sure to ask what I wanted my photos to convey and then gently (and humorously!) coached me so that the photos had the intended impact. I'd recommend him to anyone for pretty much any occasion - he's a true artist and collaborator and you can't go wrong. I'll also mention that I REALLY appreciated Sung's attention to maintaining Covid protocols. My photos were taken prior to the vaccine availability and he gave me a short questionnaire before I entered the studio, kept the patio door propped open for ventilation, had a humidifier on since humid conditions help to prevent Covid spread, and wore a mask for the duration. I also observed him beginning to wipe everything down as I was heading out so I know the next person was welcomed into a clean and sanitary space by someone who not only cares about making you look your best but also cares about keeping you as healthy as possible.
