I was previously scheduled with another doctor but cancelled because he made uncomfortable comments about my body and I'm so happy I didn't and found her. I'm only a little over a month out and my scarring is very minimal and I feel great. I was a 36G and she got me to a C! She is literally a sweet angel and I've already recommended everyone I know to her. Her receptionist Kristy is also amazing! So kind and understanding. They are a dream team and my only regret is that I didn't go to her sooner.

I went in for a consult with their very friendly and knowledgeable laser specialist Shane Deppen. She decided the best course of action for me go would be laser hair removal. She explained to me that in order for the hair to be removed the hair would need pigment. So the laser wouldn't do anything to any white hairs. Any normal person goes through about 6-8 sessions. Because I had fair and sensitive skin I needed 12 sessions. It felt like a rubber band snapping my skin. The upper lip was always the worst. But so worth it. My skin looks clear now. I still have to shave but only because I have white hairs on my face. I strongly recommend this procedure if you suffer from ingrown hairs and razor bumps.

My first ever experience with cosmetic surgery has truly been a journey. I couldn't have asked for…read morea better guide than Dr. Jan and his phenomenal team. My life is changed! Two components comprised my exceptional experience: the relational aspect and the aesthetic. The level of personal, face-to-face care I received is a unicorn experience in the field of medicine. Dr. Jan cares deeply about his patients, which is evident in the amount of spaciousness, focus, and personalized attention that he has established as the core of his practice. This is not a one-size-fits-all kind of surgeon or a mill churning out patients. It's a boutique experience. Dr. Jan is attentive, calm, responsive without being overbearing, and extraordinarily patient. I went in for at least one extra pre-op appointment purely due to anxiety, which was easily assuaged by Dr. Jan. It helped tremendously that everyone involved in the process, from the office staff to the surgical team, were top-tier. It couldn't have been a smoother process. The aesthetic outcome of my surgery is, in a word, exquisite. Cosmetic surgeons functionally operate as artists; they have to assess and determine proportion and shape all while weighing that against the technical aspects of the medicine. He does it brilliantly, with the hand of a artist and the brain of a scientist. I have new, unbounded life thanks to this man. I'm stunned every time I look in the mirror. All of the new possibilities in life that are unfolding in front of me now are a direct outcome of his expertise and skill. The results don't begin and end on the table, the benefits burst into every dimension of life. This investment is frankly priceless. It's not important that I share which procedures I underwent, simply because it doesn't actually matter. He is skilled at all of it, that much is abundantly clear. I'll go back to him for any future surgeries with my eyes closed. Dr. Jan is a hidden gem in a sea of adequately skilled surgeons. You won't find a flashy instagram with thousands of followers, but his work is worthy of it and more. That he doesn't require such a platform says everything about the type of practice he has built. You can't have 1:1 personal attention if your surgeon is a celebrity, these are the facts. Cosmetic surgery isn't for the faint of heart. It requires a great deal of fortitude not just to get through the recovery, but to go under the knife in the first place. Trusting a surgeon is truly a leap of faith, one which I took with an open heart. But I'm here to tell you that you don't need to take a leap of faith with Dr. Jan, you can trust him to execute at the highest level without reservation. Compassion, intellect, expertise, taste...Dr. Jan is who you want sculpting your physique and easing your mind. Don't hesitate. *Review also posted on Google*

Let me explain what I mean by this. I have the unique honor of having met Paula Young on several occasions. She is an amazing, beautiful, compassionate woman - and happens to be recognized Nationally as one of the best (if I try to remember the exact title, I will get it wrong) in the field/industry. (To my pet pals - she is a pet lover and has donated time, talent and treasure to helping pups). She has an incredible Podcast - Highly, highly recommend - "It's a Young Thing." When it came to my decision to have dermal fillers I researched and researched. I felt comfortable going to Young Medical Spa. Also, I met Judy at an event last August. She was able to look at my skin. As you can tell, I have given this a lot of thought. I will be 48 in June. There are many things that I could want "fixed" on my body. Those things are just me and I am accepting them. What other people choose to do or not do is up to them. I am sharing my "journey" because I want others to know how hard it was to make this decision --- and the number of years I spent researching and preparing. :-). My laugh lines were really bothering me. When I looked at photos; unless I was smiling, I looked cranky. I scheduled a consult with Lesley. She was so easy to talk with. I was totally comfortable talking through everything with her. Judy was phenomenal! She and Kristen explained each type of filler and it's purpose thoroughly and gave me options. They were so kind. Both of them knew I was anxious. I couldn't have asked for a more understanding team guiding me through this process. Lexi and Ashley were great to talk with regarding scheduling and follow-up. Kristen called the next day and answered questions I forgot to ask when she checked in with me. My follow up is later on this week. I highly recommend seeing Judy for dermal fillers at Young Medical Spa. By the way, it is a good Idea to wear layers that can be removed without going over your head. In case you get too warm during the procedure. Hot flashes are the norm in my case..... and Kristen and Judy made sure I was completely comfortable....

Nearly 50 minutes were spent with "Taina" attempting check-in due to an "insurance system issue," followed by failed verification attempts and multiple handoffs to office manager "Heather"--with no resolution. Despite being unable to confirm my copay or deductible, they pushed for upfront payment because of their internal insurance system outage. That is not standard practice. The front counter and waiting area were disorganized, unclear billing logic, and zero respect for scheduled appointment time. Dr. Howard Kushnick was present but disengaged from the breakdown occurring at the front desk, while basic patient intake remained completely unresolved. At that point, I requested my insurance and credit card back and left without being seen. The recurring themes in other reviews--extended delays, administrative inefficiency, and payment-first aggressiveness--were directly experienced. If you read the other reviews here -- believe them. I can confirm. Patients should be aware: expect significant delays, unclear billing practices, and a process that does not reflect a well-managed clinical environment.

He's a natural with kids, and my son adores him. Recovery was quick and relatively painless for my little guy! Two years after my sons tonsillectomy, I had to go back to the office as I was having trouble breathing through my nose and felt like I couldn't get enough oxygen. After a thorough investigation, I had a severe deviated septum and external and internal nasal valve collapse. We opted for the surgical approach, and went with septorhinoplasty. The care I got during the entire process, during and after surgery was second to none! I had second thoughts prior to surgery and Dr. Holender was very reassuring and helped put me at ease. I am so happy to report that I am breathing normally again (it's like a whole new world) and my nose looks amazing! I will forever recommend ORL Associates to all. I recall having issues with one of the nurses, but then, one day, we were alone before another doctor's visit, and everything was fine. I wouldn't recommend either doctor here to anyone. They were rude and didn't want to listen to my complaints about what was going on, nor did they believe me. Never went back, and my family doctor tried to send me there after COVID, 2.5 years ago, after I told her about my prior situation.
