I am sure the doctor is unaware of this behavior but they have done this in the past. The fact that they would obstruct the doctor from seeing a sick patient for a $7 balance is disgusting. I am searching for another ENT in the Lehigh Valley and would not recommend patients bother with this staff. Especially if they have children.

Karen has discriminated against my daughter who was a patient and no longer wishes to be seen by the office because of her. Karen is downright disrespectful, thinks she knows it all and when corrected she gets confrontational. Admitted to the doctor she "dropped the ball" and was wrong yet can't admit to her own doings. This is the second time I had an encounter with her over authorization and her being incorrect. Only ever have an issue at the Bethlehem and Wind Gap offices. The staff are LAZY, trying to schedule a follow up or an appointment in general is like pulling teeth. If your staff doesn't know what they are doing perhaps you should hire people with experience and validated references instead of what someone puts on a pretty resume to look good.

Over the past two years, whenever I'd had an issue with my hearing aids, they are accommodating, helpful with walk-ins, and were able to provide me with a loaner hearing aid when mine needed to be sent back to Oticon. While I have not shopped on-line or gone to big box stores for hearing aids, I cannot imagine that the level of service could be this wonderful anywhere else!
