The owner of the company contacted Flores, in good faith, to see if they were interested in buying the rest of our book, and she would then close the company. A Mr C.T. at Flores asked for information, which he was given, then we never heard back. Until the day after Christmas. He said he wasn't interested, as they're had to "tighten our requirements" and "this opportunity doesn't meet our current thresholds to move forward.". After 3 months, you'd think he may have gotten back sooner, so she could move on and find another buyer. From what I can see with all of these horrible reviews, I can't imagine how this company stays in business, unless they make it their business to screw over the little guy. Lotsa luck to anyone who puts their company's COBRA and other insurance compliance in the hands of these characters. You've been warned.
