I thought he was going to give me an estimate before he repair it, but he did not, meanwhile he asked to wash his hands in the kitchen faucet, of course I allowed it, but before I know it , he washes his elbows, and he put his head under the water, washes his bold head, came up splashing water all over my floor, and used my towels to dry himself off. He also looked at my broken washer, he estimated $390 for repair, I refused. He charged me $98 for service call, I told him I was given $75 for service call, he said he is the middle man, please call the office for refund. I would not call this company again.

I drove down from Northern California looking for a shop I could actually trust with my FJ Cruiser…read more I only get back from Asia once a year, so I needed someone who would take the time to inspect the truck properly and understand long-term off-road maintenance. Most places make you feel like you're dragging a nervous dog into the vet. Hrag was the opposite--easy to talk to, no ego, just straightforward. I came in for an alignment. Instead, he and his brother Shant (the suspension sorcerer) suggested checking the suspension first. They got under the truck with flashlights, rolled it back and forth, and filmed the worn bushings and ball joints so I could see exactly what they were talking about. A normal shop would've just done the alignment and moved on. These guys showed me the issues and explained why it made sense to fix them first. That level of honesty is rare. Hrag & Shant said it would take about a day to replace the worn parts, do the alignment, and grease the zerks on the rear driveshafts. They finished earlier than expected and kept me updated the whole time. The prices were very reasonable and fair for how detailed and meticulous the work was. No upselling, no surprises, no gimmicks. They're the kind of shop that only tells you what actually needs attention. It feels more like dealing with a solid local professional than a typical repair place. I'm glad I found them and I'm comfortable bringing the FJ back. This is a well-run family business started by their father, and you can tell they care about the work. They also have some cool vehicles coming through the shop. If you're looking for honest, thorough work on an off-road truck at a fair price, go support them.

When Roman arrived, he took just a few minutes to find the problem with my dryer and provide me a quote for repair. I really appreciated that he described in detail the issue/problem with my dryer. Essentially wear & tear and HAIR over the years impacting the rollers, but overall he said my aging dryer was still a good work horse. I felt comfortable agreeing with the quote. Not only did Roman have my dryer up and working in no time, but as he was repairing the rollers, he saw an additional worn pulley and belt that he also replaced at no additional charge. I appreciated him taking the time to notice these little issues, his honesty & good work. I highly recommend their fast & efficient service.

These guys…read morewere the first who came to my mind since they fixed my dad's washer a few years ago for a fair price, so I thought why not give them my business again? Their receptionist originally quoted me $300 for the job. I politely declined and said that's a little high but thanks anyways.. Shortly after she called me back and said we can do it for $250. I declined once again.. Then a third time I missed her call and she left a voicemail saying they could do it for $200. Maybe I would've gone for it if that's what she had initially stated, but by that time I already secured someone else to do the job. I know times are tough and business might be slow but when you have returning customers who are willing to hire you again you don't price gouge them. The technicians here are very honest and legit. I think they just need someone new taking the calls.
