I got a new (used) car and the first thing I did was take it to Luie. I asked for 25% ceramic tint sides and rear, and ceramic paint coating. The ceramic paint protection takes a while, so I left the car overnight. The new shop is set up next to Enterprise rent a car, and Luie had already set me up with a reservation so I was ready to rent a car out. Super service! I waited a few weeks for the tint to cure, but one of the windows was slightly bubbled. The other windows were perfect, just like my last car. What's more to say. Great owner, great staff and reputation. I brought my newly bought Tesla straight to Luxury Image and met with Luie. I had a budget to get some wrap and tint done but went over my budget once I understood what I was getting. And it was well worth it. I came here to get a bunch of 10 year old tint off my car that was ripping in places and just unseeable from the rear view mirror. On my 2022 Tesla Model S (see pictures), I got the 3M Crystalline tint, 40 VLT for the back, and 70 VLT for the front sides and roof. While it was there, I also had their affiliate Finesse Auto Detailing apply the System X Max Nano Ceramic coating. The car looks amazing. It's slick and glossy, and I really love the contrast between the darkened windows and the white paint. It goes well with the black trim. Kaycee was the one who helped me at Luxury Image, and Christian was the one who helped me at Finesse Auto Detailing. They were both very polite, professional, and accommodating. My work schedule can make it difficult for me to get these types of things done, but they were both very helpful in working around that. I liked them so much that we'll be bringing my wife's car in for tint Friday/Saturday. read more

Took my Tesla Model Y to them the day after I took delivery. I had a PPF done on the front of the car including hood, fender, headlights, A pillar, and fog lights. I also had them PPF the rocker panels on the car. In addition to the PPF I tinted the front windshield, and all the sidewindows and the rear window. The shop was great they walked me through all of my tinting options for the car and explained to me what they were doing. They started on it quickly and had it finished in a couple of days.
