I was looking for a auto window tinting shop that does Tesla Model 3s at a competitive price, and I found one in Luxury Image. I sent them a quote inquiry, and received a response from the business owner, Luie, soon after. Luie took the time to explain my wife and I everything there is to know about their products, procedures, shop experiences with Teslas, and costs. He gave me a quote of $950 3M crystalline for a complete window tint( All side windows, partial rear window, and windshield). He also included a 10% discount, bringing the total cost to $855. The 3M crystalline comes with a lifetime warranty and two different shades to pick from, cr 70 and cr 90. We picked cr90 for the windshield and front doors window, and cr70 for back doors and rear window. Installation took about 3 to 4 hours. The car looks beautiful, and my wife and I are very happy with the end product. They put green sticker on the driver's control panel to remind me not to roll my windows for 7 to 10 days to allow the film to cure. I do recommend you to bring either cash or check book, for customer surcharge fee applies for credit card payments. It was a pleasure doing business with these guys. read more

After inquiring quotes with several places for a tint job on my Acura TLX, I decided to go with these guys because of reasonable ceramic film quote, the positive reviews here on Yelp, and also it's one of the closer places to my house. Made the right choice, Luie and his staff were very friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. These guys are great! Louie and Rich did a great job on my crystalline tint. They also applied a light tint to my front windshield which is unnoticeable but keeps the car a lot cooler. Israel did wonders detailing my car which had some serious hard water spots and swirl marks. After the detail, Louie completed the clear bra to the entire front end. I was at Luxury Image yesterday having some PDR work done by Cory from Dentology. I was sitting outside reading, enjoying the down time when a car pulled in. A person got out and started complaining about his tinted windows to a person named "Luie", who I believe was the manager. By what I could tell, he had gotten his windows tinted there and now said they were too dark. He was demanding his windows be "inspected" but would not sit down so they could pull the car in to do so. This person was also yelling about "bad people", the Carona virus, how everyone thinks bad people drive cars with tinted windows...He demanded the tint be removed from the driver and passenger side and made reference to bringing it back after "Carona" to have a lighter tint put in. His behavior continued to escalate, and become more irrational. At this point I moved inside as I was concerned this was not going to be a happy ending. As a bystander, I just want to say that I was extremely impressed with the way Luie handled this ranting customer. He remained cool, calm and collected. He was professional and appeared to truly want to understand what this person wanted. I don't know how it ended but I hope everyone was ok. We are all under pressure these days to say the least, some more than others. It's encouraging to see that there are people out there like Luie, who can step back, not take things personally, and be a decent human being. True colors are exposed in difficult times. Took my car in at 11am and was told it would be done by 5:00. Called them around 4 and they said it would be done by 6-7. Then got a call afterwards saying it would be done at 7:00. Got there at 7:00 and waited til 8:00 for it to be done. When I first arrived there was a young child receptionist and I asked her where her parents were and she said they were parking the cars. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to come from the back. While waiting for the car to be completed there was a group of people watching someone tint my car and when I finally went in to pay saw there was even more people inside. Not sure if this is a window tinting / detailing business or a child day care from what I saw. But at the very least the lack of customer care and I professionalism has lost my business forever. Not to mention they installed the wrong window tint on my car. At no point did anyone say they were sorry for the 9 hour wait for my car to get window tinting. Changing the time it will be done multiple times and still having to wait in person for an hour. I thought at the very least after waiting so long I would get my tint right and maybe even a discount for my troubles. But instead was created by 10 people around my car for some reason. A year ago I took my CR-V in for tinting. I put in the Rayno S7 on the back windows and the 3M Crystalline on the front. It has done wonders for keeping my car cool in the hot summers and keeping privacy for back seat passengers. Louie did an awesome job. As a person who prefers to do everything himself, I'm always skeptical of letting others do the work for me. Further more, when dealing with window tint, there's a bit of a learning curve when deciding what percentage to get, and more importantly, what manufacturer to go with. I tried matching the factory tint on my rear windows of my suburban with a shop that had a cheap price. And it was a hookup additionally. I didn't know that tint color differs so much between manufacturers. I had the tint removed because it was GREEN! After doing research, I decided to go with 3M, which Luxury Image uses. The tint color (more grayish) seems to match more closely to factory tint that's already on the rear windows. I'd be hard pressed to use anything but 3M now. I shared my reservations with Louie, the owner. How do I know you're using 3M? How do I know you're using the Crystalline and not a lesser option? Louie was understanding, showed me his shop and his tint room with 3M tint. Additionally, he texted me a video of him installing the tint, and showing me the 3M logos on the tint itself, that they later rub off with alcohol for the customer. With no part numbers on window tint for me to verify, I couldn't have been more satisfied with Luxury Image's service to help me feel confident that they used what I bought, and installed it professionally. Lastly, in calling 3 different businesses that use 3M, luxury Image was competitive in price with all of them. Louie has a great personality, has a beautiful and clean shop, and does great work.
