I went in yesterday to buy two coils for two different vapes. The girl charged me for three. Then she thought something was wrong with one of them, so she and another worker opened the pack and in their attempt to "fix" it, they broke it even more. Staff: Super friendly, very knowledgeable. From knowing and suggesting flavours suggesting builds or tanks even priming and prepping them for you. Prices: They will work a deal with you, it won't be super cheap but as a fact you can work a decent deal with them. I walked in, explained my situation to them. i was going to order a whole bunch of stuff offline for the price of almost 180$ (before shipping and handling and tax) They beat that deal and saved me plenty of money! i walked out only spending $165! My absolute favorite spot! Of course I have my personal favorite, but every flavor I've tried is Grade A quality! The owner is gracious and will give you an instant deal. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with anything you need. I live about 4 1/2 hours from Luxor and I still make the trip just to get my vaping needs filled. If I can't make the drive then I just have them ship it to me. They are absolutely fantastic! "Bunns" is my favorite flavor with "Vanilla Sugar Wafer" being a close second! read more

This store has the absolute best customer service of all the stores I have shopped at. There seems to be very little turnover of the staff. They back their products very well. If you need replacement parts such as coils etc. This store always seems to be stocked very well with various resistance coils along with all kinds of starter kits, batteries etc. Pricing is very competitive. RESENDING MY PREVIOUS REVIEW APPROX 7 MONTHS AGO. This was my main Vape store until about 2 months back. The main reason I ranked this store so good was the customer service. The employees that worked behind the counter were top notch. They were very knowledgeable, worked together well, and did a fantastic job of making the customers feel at home. I was shocked the day I walked in to find all new faces behind the counter. A complete change in personel. I found that one of the owners (whom I had never seen previously) was now working at the store full time. The new employees had that "Deer caught in the headlights look". Just did not find the atmosphere very appealing. Don't know why they had such a big turnover of employees, but it gave me a bad feeling. Haven't been back since that day. read more

THE PROS: I have been using this vape store mainly for it's close proximity to my home. It also, has a larger display of hardware than most vapor stores nearby. Their stock of coils for bottom coil tanks is consistently plentiful. Their hardware & juice seems to be competitively priced & the juice is average ( made in house). THE CONS: I agree with one of the other reviewers in his opinion of the manager/owner & he also constantly cuts down his competition. He seems to portray an attitude that indicates others are lucky to be in his presence. There is a constant turnover in customer service staff. It is obvious, the staff have been trained to give customers the hard pressure sale. Their sales tactics are way overboard. I can only assume the owner/manager demands the hard sell from his employees. If I have time I will avoid this vape store, when I have time, as I hate the hard sell tactics and the uncomfortable atmosphere. read more

They have good flavors and will help you find or make your favorite flavors. I don't like these glass bottles with the medicine dropper thingy.. I hate filling my tank with these things. I prefer squeeze bottles without the needle like tip.. Some juices don't squeeze well from them. read more

this place has great flavors and if you tell them what you are looking for they will find it. They also always have sales and specials going on for all levels of vapors. Every time I go it is always the same two women there and they are always extremely helpful and make me feel like a valued customer. Pricing on Mods and atomizers are probably the lowest in the area and they have all types of wire for all of your building needs. This is definitly one of my go to vape shops in Arlington. read more

They take advantage of the customers lack of knowledge and experience by pushing you to spend more money on items they know you don't really need, though their customer service seems to disappear the moment you say you're just browsing. Even if you clearly state your budget, they find any and every excuse to try and upsell items you have absolutely no use for, even if they have to make something up. They claim you will save more money by buying more at once, but have you ever measured the amount of liquid their new bottles really hold? They've got their eyes trained on your pocket from the second you walk in to the second you walk out, and they do everything in their power to make sure you go home with an empty wallet, and a device that falls apart the next day. They don't do returns either, even if its a problem on their part. If you want a better vape shop experience where the people aren't in it for the money, you're better of anywhere else. My bf vapes and he has been in here a few times. The girls that work there don't know as much about their products as they seem to think they do and they tend to talk down to people. My biggest issue is that we went in and spent $100 on a new mod for him and he had issues with it pretty much from the start. He thought maybe he was doing something wrong so he stopped in at another vape shop he gets juice from to see if they could explain it better since they are more knowledgeable and they told him the issue was that it was broken. He only had it 3 days and when he went back to Luxor to try to exchange it they tried blaming it on him. That he used it wrong, then tried to say it was because his tank wasn't compatible until he proved that the tank is listed as compatible on their site. They hassled him and tried to get him to buy something else instead. All they had to do was exchange it and send the broken one back to the manufacturer. I've been in customer service a long time and have done it plenty of times. It's not like they would loose anything by doing it. Went won't go here any more. Rock and Roll Vapes up the road is 10 times better! read more

OK, so I wrote a Review on this store 01Feb2014 and thought I would never go back in there...then one day I needed another coil for my Nautilus so I stopped in. TOTALLY different atmosphere!! Staffing is 100% not as it was before, I believe everyone is new. First person to greet me was the new manager who was friendly and fun to talk to along with the other staff afterwards as well! I'll admit while I was in there it felt as if talking with people I've known for awhile and NOT shopping, really couldn't believe it at all, was I really in the same place that I had once hated?!? I agree with the Review I had first written and glad I did so because the owner definitely needed to get rid of all the bad apples that were once in there and rebuild that store!! Since that was done I will admit that this has done a 180 and I'm glad I went in for that coil now, I almost didn't. I can safely say you can go in there now and with it's warm atmosphere, new staff and all it has to offer from mods to juices , you will not be disappointed one single bit! Thank you staff of Luxor and especially the new Manager (why don't I know your name lol!). Y'all have brought me back and I'm glad to shop there once more, I'll be seeing you much more and appreciate everything!! read more
