Glass doors on cabinets still not fitting right but he says they are ok. One glass door fell off when I opened it and broke but he didn't take any responsibility for it. The quality of his counters are questionable and if you complain they conspire against the client somehow shifting blame on the client. I had a counter ordered and installed today by this company. The install went well however once the surface was cleaned with alcohol by the Installers they left at which time I took pictures to send to my husband who was out of the country. I noticed scratches and foggy patches on the surface. I called and sent my photos to the company they sent the installers back 20 mins later to remedy the counter surface they used several finishes and polishes and did an adequate job making things disappear by polishing the quartz for 20 minutes. After they left the sales lady called and asked me if I had used the counters after the installers left insinuating I had made the scratches and foggy patches.. she then denies ever making the statement...my kitchen is under renovation it is unusable, to add insult to injury the owner William Out of no where rudely began bullying me over the phone concerned only about the balanced owed to him. Incensed and disgusted I hung up . There is something very wrong with this man . My husband informed the owner William that an apology was owed if we were to proceed to closing the account with a flawed counter. True to form no response. I am angry and Frustrated by the mobster type mentality practiced in this company . Spend your precious time and money elsewhere, You will be disappointed and disrespected by this owner and his wily business practice William is the owner's name... beware of this individual he is insane. We met with him in their showroom after we had the initial plan to pick out finishes, hardware and accessories, and make some minor adjustments to the design. Jada in the office was efficient and friendly and scheduled our installation (and then called us when they had an earlier appointment available). We had two different teams for our installation. TJ and Bert came right on schedule and did all the prep work and initial installation. When they were called away a second team, Colton and Manasseh stepped right in and completed the job.
