What a nightmare this place was! I had booked( in advance a Gel Pedicure and Manicure) I was not…read moreused to protocol in this particular salon , but I do know when people are being rude .I tried on every level to give them all a chance , but this is what took place ; I was NOT allowed to pick my color (Gel Color which cost more ) and I was told that they could not accomandate me with a Square shaped nail because my toes were so unusual ! Lol! Then , I was forced to sit in a Massage Chair , that had the seat set all the way back which felt uncomfortable to me . I asked( "Can we just adjust it to a sitting position instead ?" I asked a few times , I was treated like I had 3 heads ! The looks the remarks ; now other clients who appeared to be regulars were in on the joke ; I just couldn't understand . Then the icing on the cake is when she stuck my feet in ice cold water and asked how it felt . I responded by saying " the water needs to be warmer ; it never got warmer .I finally said " I don't think this is going to work out that great if we can't get warmer water " . She came over and told me I can go ! Lmao! I was feeling like I was in a dark comedy TV show or something , it was so wierd but they continued to talk about me and I walked out . I ran I mean not even walked over to KALMORA S.P.A. in Debenhams where I was treated with the upmost respect and professionalism . All I can say about Cherish is that there is nothing to cherish and they should work on their courtesy skills and professionalism . Oh one more thing ; clean the salon because it was a bit dirty and dingy ! Uhhhhh!

I was hoping for Satori to give a much needed boost to the Spas in and around Plymouth, but…read morealthough it is competent and efficient as a beauty spa, it has some rather large flaws that stop it reaching the levels of say an Aveada franchise. First it is very harshly lit, which does give good colour rendering for polishes it doesn't make for a relaxing experience. Second there is a very unnecessary "plead for a tip" from the card machine when paying, this again detracts from the calm that a spa visit should give. Thirdly it felt to me that there was a drive to get my treatment done and me out as soon as possible, almost as if I was something to get through to fit another person in. Again not conducive to creating calm. On the positive note the coffee is good and flows freely and the treatment was a very good standard. Rachel, via Neill Mitchell

Very very friendly staff - better than most places i have had my nails done. I find it very…read morereliable, very central to town with very easy access. I think what is good is if in a rush and not sure when you are free you can usually go in without an appointment and then they see you there and then - which some of them dont. There is a great selection of nails and treatments you can have done, and the prices are very reasonable.
