I couldnt believe what I saw walking in old retro movies playing, better coffee than you can buy (but free!!), the person running it (the owner I think) was so so cheerful and friendly she knew everything about nails, the options I had etc. I ended up having enhancements with Shellac and my nails look like something out of a magazine!! The technician I had was working towards her masters and it shows they only use top quality professional products and again it shows. This salon is new and is going to embaress other nail bars in Plymouth superior in every single way I wish I could go back every week!! I cant say enough good things. You've got to try it!!

There was abit of a language barrier, the nails took 2 and a half hours, and she cut my cuticles with the nail file a little but other than that it's perfect. Also the best thing, a full set of acrylics is only £20!! It looked very hygienic as well

AVOID HI BROWS at this establishment - ive just returned from collecting my 16 year old from this…read moreestablishment to find her in floods of tears. she wanted to have her eyebrows slightly tidied up after growing them for 6 months into a really lovely shape that needed very little attention. she asked for HI brows in the style of Cara Delvine (heavy natural look). When the beautician advised my daughter she didn't know who this was instead of seeking advice or looking online (and who has not got instant access to the internet these days) she made the decision to pluck and tint my daughter eyebrows into thin uneven shapes and then stain them dark, making them look completely drawn in. Apologies were made, the tint stripped and a full refund given BUT that doesn't help when its going to take another 6 months to grow them back to a reasonable shape. to add insult to injury she will now have to face spiteful remarks from her peer group, just what she needs. 3 hours later shes still crying poor thing. I would suggest that if the beautician didn't know what the client was after then she should not have opted to do her own interpretation....REALLY ANGRY!!!
