From the start, I was clear about my vision, provided photos, and emphasized the silhouette, color, and fit I wanted. The first gown they delivered looked nothing like what we had agreed upon--it was ill-fitting, loose, the wrong color, and completely missed the mark. After raising these concerns, they admitted to miscommunication and claimed they would "remake" the gown. But the second gown was no better. Throughout the process, my concerns were repeatedly brushed off, emails went unanswered, and I was made to feel as though the problems were somehow my fault. At my final fitting, instead of excitement and support, I walked into a cold, silent store. There was no greeting, no warmth, no joy--just a tense, dismissive environment. When I pointed out a visible flaw in the dress, I was met with angry body language and silence. When I politely asked for a photo, I was handed my phone back without a word. I left in tears, devastated that what should have been a magical moment had turned into something so painful. On my wedding day, the gown was still far from right. It hung loose at the torso, gaped at the chest, and had visible flaws I had pointed out weeks earlier. I had to tape the dress to my body just to get through the day. No bride should ever have to experience this. What you are truly paying for here is not a custom gown, but a cookie-cutter dress with poor craftsmanship, no meaningful alterations, and owners who care more about the sale than about their brides. Shazi's boutique salon is located inside a larger salon, but provides privacy and an uninterrupted space for the consultation, and services. Her little boutique is just for you - awesome music playing in the background, and cute, relaxing painting to put you at ease. Shazi also helps put you at ease. She took her time in getting familiar with my hair, it's history, and making sure that we were both on the same page about what was feasible, and what she could offer for me. 3 hours of coloring, cutting, washing, and styling later, my hair was a masterpiece. Shazi was able to accomplish exactly what I wanted, a feat none of my prior stylist have been able to even come close to doing.
