It's family owned so the dad, mom & daughter showed up in their pickup truck and got to work. They are clearly used to working together because they had things set up in a jif. They kept me informed via text when they would be arriving. I asked for lights since it was going to be a night activity and they provided large globe lights that lit up the tent with a great look. Everyone oohed and ahhed when I plugged them in. The tables & chairs were clean and their prices were reasonable. I'd use them again if I need a tent or other items.

So, I called Jerry and asked to add a tent rental to our package. Sure thing, he said, no problem. And then offered to take off the delivery charge for the other items bc we had added the tent. (Every little bit helps, and he didn't have to offer.) Thursday morning, the truck was scheduled to arrive after 11 am. At 10, I decided I need 2 additional tablecloths. Again, no problem. The truck arrived as promised, and the guys got our tent up and tables delivered promptly and carefully---the linen tablecloths arrived already pressed and on hangers with plastic covers. Nice touch, much appreciated (who wants to be ironing the day of the party). Pick up was prompt as well. When you're planning a party, it's a job just to manage the details. I was easily able to submit my inquiry/request on their website and they responded to me within 24 hours! I had a few changes to make to my order and they were very accommodating. The employees that came out to the venues to set up the balloons wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. Both parties, I received so many compliments. When I couldn't get a person via the phone, I sent an email at 9:15am placing my inquiry/request, explaining my challenge, with the caveat that I would be unable to respond until 11:30 that day. At 10:15am, Kelly sent us a very reasonable estimate and indicated that they could deliver what we needed the next day and pick up on Tuesday. They got back to me within a day or so of receiving my quote request. They had a great price and throughout the process they were great with communication.
