Her knowledge helps to position them for receiving top dollar while listing while delivering her message in a kind and authentic way. I have also had the pleasure of taking a continuing education course recently with Bobbie to help better myself in my real estate career. She brings the same professionalism and her sense of humor with her as an instructor. She is a wealth of knowledge and openly shares her experiences and humor to make the information useful and understandable. The format of the class was interactive, which I appreciate as a person that likes to be on the go and not in a classroom. Whether you are a Real Estate agent, a Stager with experience or a novice, or a person who will be selling a home in the Triangle I highly recommend connecting with Bobbie McGrath.

We saw it in person several days later and came home to find their folder laying on our front porch with our personal information listed - including the code to our lockbox in big, bold letters. I didn't make a huge deal about it and they were very apologetic but still, that was very disappointing and could have been very bad for both our home and for their items! The furniture/décor we received was very traditional yet very dated. After a few months, per our request, they switched out the most dated pieces (a set of chairs) and added in a few different throw pillows. After a few more months, we just aren't getting the feedback from potential buyers we wanted. While not all of this is credited to the staging décor, we still asked if they could make updates. This time, we were said it would cost us $500 to do so. Since the current items are so outdated, its just not worth it to us to pay this amount for new staging when theres a chance we'll get the same types of items again.
