The session was fairly long but expected. She was very informative throughout the entire process. We finished up and I was happy with my results, then I went home to go make-upless for the next seven days. I was content with my eyeliner, I did uppers and lowers, but my body decided to eat up the ink, and I had to go back for a major redo, but Patti was very gracious and and she spent a lot of time with me. After my second session and 8 days later, extremely happy with my result. Patti has checked in with me every few days to make sure all was well with my new eyeliner. She does a meticulous job. What was more important was also someone who seemed to care about keeping my lashes healthy as well. So of course I went to Yelp to search out someone and there was Corrie! I sent her a message on Yelp and she responded within an hour or so. She answered all of my probing questions with no signs of annoyance! That's a big plus! So I booked with her. Let's go over the quick summary: Location: Ventura- in a small shopping center inside Wax Me! salon Parking: ample Price: very affordable; and she even does permanent makeup! Expertise: this girl is certified and displays all of her certification, which I love! Ain't nobody got no time for going to YouTube trained folks who will snatch all your lashes and eyebrows out! Pass on that!!! Do your research people!!!! Hygiene: very clean Ambience: very relaxing music, comfortable pillows for under your knees when lying flat Time: took a little over 2 hrs but that's because I asked her to make a few adjustments Personality: very sweet and does not talk too much when she's doing your lashes (my preference!) All in all, she is legit! I'm actually surprised she has less than 20 reviews! I'm a very tough critic so I'm quite impressed. She's very knowledgeable and takes her time to give you good aftercare instructions. Only downside is she is not open on Fridays and Saturdays so that's a bummer. Otherwise, if you're looking to try someone new in the Ventura area, Corrie is the person to try!
