I originally visited this studio after seeing a Facebook promo for a discounted first-time set. I wanted a natural look because I was tired of using false lashes, and I'm so glad I found this place. I first saw Bree, who was wonderful, and after her injury I began seeing Celine. Celine did a great job matching the same style and quality, but she became very booked, so I was later placed with my current lash tech, Reina. My experience with Reina has been amazing. She is sweet, professional, and makes me feel completely comfortable. I'm usually not someone who likes to talk during beauty services, but she makes the whole experience pleasant and relaxing. My lash sets always looks beautiful, the retention is great, and she works quickly without sacrificing quality. I'm very happy with my membership and plan to continue coming back. (The pictures listed below are of the the ones I got here I'm sure you can obviously tell which ones were from there LOL and which ones I do myself) Honestly the service was fine but getting lashes from this place is a -0/10 rating. The lashes I got was added volume with spikes, I payed $200 including tip. The first thing I noticed was that one of the lashes was a little funky near my inner eye when it was finished but I said whatever since it's my first time getting it. The following day I end up waking up with gaps and about 8+ eyelashes were already gone. (That shouldn't be happening) I call them and I get the next day appointment because I had to work this day. When I show up I explained I lost more then 8+ the first night and there were visible gaps and maybe about 3+ - 4+ the second. She then refills it and uses a different glue but proceeds to tell me that she doesn't have anymore time and she couldn't finishing adding the spikes. So what I paid for isn't exactly right, but whatever. I feel like there's a lot of visible gaps between them and they look poorly done. read more

Love love love My new lashes. I came here pre covid. But post covid they insisted on me wearing a mask so I never came back until recently. Is so happy to be back. I cannot wear a mask because of my asthma so I was so happy to find out they quit making clients wear masks. I absolutely love this place everyone there is so nice and helpful. There is no judging. I do not like wearing makeup so having lashes is great. It is more expensive than what I would like to pay but in the long run it's well worth the money. I wanted to get a lash lift and I even told my lash technician that my eyelashes are short so I don't know if a lash lift would be ok. She didn't even give me any recommendations if I should do lash extensions or something else. By the time she was finished with my lash lift, I was disappointed. My lashes are back to being straight and it's only been a few hours. I was open to suggestions about my lashes but my lash technician was close minded and quiet the entire time. Amazing Lash Studio is a division of WellBiz Brands, owned by KSL Capital Partners...it's not about the customer...it's about the money. If they already have the money, they don't care about the customer or they wouldn't have just kept my money without warning me the session was going to expire. When you sign a membership, I guess it says they keep your money from any unused sessions after 6months. I have poor working memory (I actually have a medical letter from my doctor who diagnosed me) and It would've been decent to receive an email with a warning before it "expires" and they're getting ready to keep the money for free since they're taking it despite me not using my last session. They're fine sending a ton of marketing emails though. Why does the session have to expire if I already paid for it? Why is this policy there in the first place when it clearly screws over the customer but benefits this franchise? Why can't they store your session or refund you or give you store credit if unused which would be the right and decent thing to do. I'd 100% recommend to support a local lash studio where there are people who actually need the money, where it's a lot more personal and considerate, and are far more accommodating to their clients...quality over quantity. I don't complain much as I'm pretty easy going but this just feels unjust, uncaring, and I don't see how this is fair to people who work hard for their money and want a little pampering. I would've been happy with store credit and still...why expire the session you already paid for ? Give me back my money or store credit and I'd settle but this is just not an okay policy. As to the actual sessions...nothing stands out or is better than any other place you could go to. And of course they try to upsell you with "memberships" and all the add ons you need to buy to make the lashes last till the next session and still a bunch would fall off within a few days. Hard pass if you want your lashes done at a place that values quality over quantity and doesn't just take your money without a care for the customer's livelihood. It's the principle for me. I wish I listened to prior bad reviews Save yourself the money, time and lash health. I feel horrible writing a negative review, but as far as customer satisfaction this is not the place to go . I wanted to give it a chance. seemed convenient to pop in and get my lashes done, but I will not be returning. I originally went on a Thursday, got a full set of lashes paid almost $200 and they were falling out by Sunday. I gave it a little hoping it was only a few lose lashes. I was wrong, I called Tuesday because my lashes were basically bald, after speaking with receptionist, she said that they were only able to fit me in for a "fill" I saw a new lash tech on Friday she was only given a 30 minute slot to do her best with what Lashes were remaining on my eyes . I left that appointment with patches, but understood she was only given a 30 minute slot to fix my original lash set. It is now Monday 3 days after the "fill" and these are the lashes I have. Both the original lash tech and second were "master artist" they were kind friendly and seemed knowledgeable. But at the end of the day I paid for Lashes and I'm not happy with my results. I called today to cancel any further appointments scheduled and was told that my card would still be charged even tho my next scheduled fill isn't until a week away. This is was their "policy" when having a "membership" I informed her that I wasn't happy with my original service, nor the service that was supposed to fix the original problem. she told me that that was their policy and my card would be charged. She'd try to speak with a manager and I'd receive call back, never got a call. Unfortunately, I'm just going to have to stop payment or cancel current card and get a new one. Absolutely horrible customer service. They've messed up my phone number twice. I updated it both in writing and verbally but they still put it in incorrectly. So when I made this last appointment for a brow tint and wax. ( it being $55, should have been the first red flag) they cancelled it and since they put my phone number in wrong they emailed me, I don't always check my email drove 30 mins to find out my appointment had been cancelled. Went to get my lashes done at the Amazing Lash Studio with Gabby. They offer early appointments which is nice and are also open in the evenings. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and offered a drink. One tip when you get there they ask you to wash your lashes before they put on the extensions, but as long as you come with your face washed before you don't need to do it. So let them know your lashes are clean otherwise they'll want you to do it. I made the mistake of not saying anything the first time. After I washed my lashes (which I didn't need to do) the first time I went I waited only a few minutes before I was taken back by the technician. Gabby did my lashes. She was really nice and gentle. She helped me select the type of lashes for the look I wanted to achieve. It was nice because she made sure I was comfortable through the whole process and explained everything. My experience was great but I was surprised they don't give you a free lash wand like a lot of other lash places I've been to. They do sell products and wands there, but the wands are more fancy than what you would normally get for free else where. They also offer a membership, which gives you a discount. This is nice if you go frequently, but I didn't sign up, because I try to avoid signing contracts. After I got my lashes done they lasted a few weeks and there wasn't a lot of fall out right away which was good. I definitely do recommend seeing Gabby if you want to get your lashes done. I've gone twice already to get my lashes done by her as have as a few other friends who also thought she was fantastic. read more

I thought I would give amazing Lash one more try and recently I started going to Liz and she is amazing. She is a master Lash professional, so it cost a little more but it's definitely worth it. The way that she applies lashes is beautiful. and she is professional and clean. She also has a very sweet demeanor and bubbly personality. I will continue to go back and see her. I have been going to the same lash artist, since I joined! Mira is amazing. (I might of spelled her name wrong) She's the best! I had to use another lash artist because my girl was out of town. My appointment was at 7:40 PM. I was not seen till 8:20 PM. I get they run behind but no one said they will be right with you, or anything. I left there with my lashes looking worse then when I arrived. They were glued half way up my lash. when I was checking out I told the receptionist I was not happy with my lashes, and asked if they could be redone. (the night I had them done) I was told they could do a revise for a 30 minute appointment but not re do them. (Even though they were horrible and I paid full price for a fill) I said that wasn't acceptable because my lashes look horrible and I need at least an hour re fill. I called the next day and asked to speak to the manager/owner because I was a member at the studio, they told me they could only do a 30 minute appointment after that. Or else I'd be charged for a fill. (They obviously don't care because no manager reached out to me) I'm in the same industry and own a salon. If my client told me right after their appointment, they were not happy with the service. I would rebook them with no charge and get it right.. I was so was disappointed with the customer service. I'm not mad the receptionist because she only relayed the message but as the owner I would really read your yelp reviews and improve your customer service. You lost a good client because you were not willing to give a full hour to correct my lashes that were done wrong by one of your lash artists. I regret sending my friends to this studio. It's crazy to me they rather have an unhappy client then give the lash artist an extra 30 min to correct the problem. This place is a joke read more

I had written an email directly to the Studio a week ago and still haven't heard back - so on top of the issue I experienced, lack of follow-up is another. I booked a Lash Lift at this location on 10/15- I paid $89 for a lash lift (with no tint, which is a pretty standard inclusion elsewhere) plus tip. The appointment making process was easy, the receptionists were warm and welcoming, and even the technician was incredibly sweet and professional. The curl on my left eye is fantastic, it's held up great the last two weeks- as has been my experience with *all* lash lifts. The curl on my right-eye is non-existent, I have never had this happen which is why I sent an email- to see if they'd be able to help me fix my right eye so I'm not walking around with a wonky, mismatched pair of lashes. I've been having to heat + curl my right eye every single day- which is specifically why I get lash lifts, to avoid doing so. I regret having gone here, and I regret having to write this review as I was really excited and had high hopes based on my initial interaction with the studio and the staff. The location is near where I work, scheduling is super flexible and the plan seemed like a really good idea- so I'm upset it wasn't a mutually beneficial transaction. *I am available 24/7 for both phone calls and emails. read more

I booked an appointment here when for some reason my normally full lashes fell out .. here's my thoughts : PROS: hours cater to working women . Evening and weekend appointments available .. very easy to schedule . Facility is conveniently located with VERY nice staff CONS: I get that the staff is trying to sell . No issues . But for $135 my fill was average at best . Stylist had less than 3 months experience and didn't ask if I was happy after my fill and didn't even offer a mirror to look . I was unimpressed... based on my experience with their cleaning foam their products are good and I did buy 2 (1 at the incessant urging of the staff ) at the end of the day I left with an average at best fill (I did opt for the 6D premium), a $215 bill and a desire to go back to another stylist .Appreciate the flexibility of scheduling but feel they hire novice stylists and charge premium prices . Would not recommend . Update #2..After seeing the customer review I was sent 2 people did call to apologize and offer a free fill . In the meantime (its now Tuesday -fill was on Saturday) about half the lashes have fallen off and the serum I was told would "by brushing it in the base of my lashes would refresh the glue " would help the lashes stay in . Shame on me for not reading the product description .. it is NOT a "glue refresher" and it's not even supposed to go on the base of your lashes .. it's a conditioner that left my lashes sticky . And although I love the feel of the foam after gently washing 5 more clusters fell out . So now I am back to Square One and our an hour if my life and $215. Complete rip off !!!! So ... now it's 4 days after my fill and look what just came off when I gently used the lash foam I purchased .. fill is pretty much gone as more lashes fell off tonight . To add insult to injury the Lash "Serum" I was told would refresh the glue to make lashes last longer when I "brushed it on the base" is actually a conditioner that is only applied to the middle to ends . Gee .. do you think they're in commission ? For Gods sake at least know your products !!! At the end of the day I basically flushed $215 down the toilet . What a rip off !! Will NEVER recommend and will advise to stay away . They did call and offer me a free fill but I've wasted enough time on this sub par business .
