I left a voicemail with a cell phone number to be reached back at, but alas, I am still waiting to hear back from 918 for the overcharge. 2. Saturday was the first day of our shuttle service. We waited and called probably 10 or 15 times to try to get a shuttle to either our hotel in Claremore or any pick up location from Claremore to Rocklahoma at about 1500 or so. We got the ride to Rocklahoma. When it came time that we wanted to leave, we waited at the pick up point at Rocklahoma for 3 hours and did not get a ride until we placed multiple phone calls, mind you by now, there were 5 of us waiting on this shuttle service. 3. Today, Sunday, I would just really like to get my money returned to me, as I am afraid of being stranded or just having to wait half the day for a ride. 4. Not only do I not recommend this service, but I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau, as they did not deliver said purchase and did not refund my money.

We initially tried to have a local shop look into the Speedy Lift (which we saw online), but they didn't think it work based on their past experience with installs of this product on Tesla Model X. My husband found YouTube videos by Mobility One showing the exact solution that we needed (Speedy Lift by Adapt Solutions & the Asento seat lift). He reached out to William to get more information, and I must say that this process went very smoothly. We are in CA, William is in Oklahoma. We shipped the car to him, and he was able to complete the install in less than a week. It took longer to ship the car than to get William's part done! We loved the product, and William and his team are professional, skilled, and easy to communicate with. Also, my mom also is super impressed with how easy the lift is to use, and she is thankful that she can now have more autonomy when going out and doing her errands.
