She also did not cut my massage time short as I would have fully expected and understood. I have always made getting a massage a priority in my overall well-being and self care (when my budget allows) and can say that the massage I received from Jill was by far the best I have received. She diligently worked out the tension spots without causing discomfort and I left feeling much better and relaxed after my treatment than I had when I arrived. When I got to the salon they said that offer expired a long time ago and their prices have increased. I agreed to have my card charged the $70 then saw they charged me $74. I pointed out that they overcharged me which they stated they charge a 5% transaction fee. I was never informed of a transaction fee prior to having my card charged. Also, 5% of 70 is 3.5.

I thought this was all normal. Lately, during my fills, I have felt pain when she is replacing old lashes with new ones. I went to see someone else who took close-up pictures of the work done at the Day Spa. Up to 3 lashes were attached to my real lashes and my real lashes were badly damaged. This explains the pulling feeling I felt and the pain I felt when she pulled off old ones. When I called the Day Spa to report this they tried telling me that this is how fans are done. Not true! Lashes should go on one single lash when applied. Lashes should not be uncomfortable or hurt at all. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
