With the car, it's like he turned back time to when it was brand new, and the house looks like it has just been painted instead of just cleaned. He asked if there's anything that I really care about when I step into my car -- this showed how personable the process is. I handed him the key and I went back into my apartment to work on other tasks. It took about 4 hour to do both the interior and exterior. He explained how he couldn't really fix the scratches because the thin coating on my paint was too thin. I understood because I personally haven't taken the time to take care of my car all these years. He was able to apply wax though. The car looked so shiny and clean. The interior really felt close to being brand new! We didn't have plans to go out that day but we couldn't resist the urge to go out in our "brand new" car and drove to Old City. This is highly recommended as you want to protect your major investment, especially the model S and X, as they come from the California plant, which has a different regulated paint specifications! Like many people, I wanted to find a place closest to the dealership, so that there would be no paint chips on the way there. After finding AODetail, and reading all their positive reviews, and even how the owner responded to the only negative review for someone doing a last minute request on New Year's Eve, I decided to call and talk specifics with the owner, Nick. He was AWESOME from the very first conversation through the entire process! His prices were reasonable and his experience was invaluable. I had some ideas as to what I wanted and which products and we discussed pros and cons of each. On a few occasions, we discussed possible options and rather than try to make a quick buck like many do, he recommended honestly against them as they added little to no value at a higher cost. We talked about his customer service and business practices and philosophy and how it closely aligned with mine when I had my own business. He is a very friendly, patient, down to earth, and honest businessman. He is also a perfectionist, which I appreciate as I am one too! I could not be happier with the outcome, the process, the cost, the owner, the staff, the product choices, and ultimate customer service! These days it is extremely hard to find this level of customer service anymore. I wish more experiences were like this one. My Tesla purchase customer experience wasn't even close to what we received at AODetail, and we paid a lot more money for the car! I wholeheartedly recommend AODetail and Nick, and his team, for any of your needs for their services capabilities. From One Extremely Satisfied and Happy Customer

Title: Shockingly Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and Hurtful Experience -- Please Read Before Going…read moreHere Review: I am writing this review to warn other customers about my experience at Buckley's Auto Care. In just a matter of weeks, I spent over $2,500 on repairs here, trusting that I was dealing with a professional and honest shop. Unfortunately, what I experienced afterward was deeply upsetting and absolutely unacceptable. The day after one of the repairs, my car developed a major issue. I called immediately and was told to bring the car back. When I arrived and calmly explained what I believed the problem to be, the young woman at the front desk responded with smirks and a laughing attitude, as if I was lying or trying to get over on their company. Her unprofessional, dismissive behavior made me feel belittled from the moment I walked in. It got worse from there. Instead of being treated with respect as a paying customer with a legitimate concern, I was met with rudeness, hostility, and complete dismissal by the staff. I was yelled at, spoken to in a harsh tone, and talked over every time I tried to explain the timeline. I left feeling disrespected, unheard, and honestly shaken by how aggressively I was spoken to. As a Black woman, the way I was addressed made me feel not only disrespected but also singled out in a discriminatory and demeaning way. All I asked for was for the work they performed to be rechecked -- especially considering the amount of money I had just spent. Instead, I was treated like an inconvenience and spoken to as if I was trying to scam them, even though my concern began the very next day after their repair. This experience raises serious concerns about their professionalism, their customer service, and their willingness to stand behind their work. If anything goes wrong after a repair here, be prepared to be blamed, dismissed, or spoken to disrespectfully. I am sharing my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision before trusting this shop with their vehicle or their money. I will not be returning.

I feel like a lot of automotive service centers whether it be for sales, repair, tinting, or detailing get a bad reputation for how they interact with women. Unfortunately, this tends to hold true for a lot of places but not at Flash Mobile Detailing. She told me about how great the customer service was and I was personally impressed by how soon they were able to get her into the schedule. My mother's Mercedes has always been kept in good condition, but over the years her headlights started to accumulate severe oxidation and hazing on the exterior. Out of the box solutions I applied either worked temporarily or not at all. I heard about the quality of work that Flash did from other friends in the car scene and honestly this was our last resort. If after this appointment, there was little or marginal improvement, I was just going to look into how much two new ML350 headlight assemblies would cost. This is obviously something I'd rather not expense, but visibility and headlight performance were so poor at night I felt as though it was a hazard for my mother and others on the road. You can't drive safely if you can't see where you're going or if others can't see you! My mother dropped her car off and waited while the team worked. She said they worked quickly, but paid attention to detail and made sure the job was done correctly the first time. All of the oxidation and haziness was removed and every time she drives at night, I get a text about how much of a difference the detail made. I literally got a text tonight out of the blue from her, "Lights are a blessing!" I'm thankful for them taking care of my mom and I would recommend John and his team to anyone looking for everything you would want and more from a detailing and ceramic coating experience. Thanks Flash!
