Been here twice now & definitely will not be coming back. First time I bought the most expensive package which included very detailed inside wash with deep cleaning & conditioning the interior (which did absolutely nothing) & an outside wax which looked horrible. Second time I came, I got the managers special package which was done in a rapid 7 minutes. Immediately noticed that the outside was still had dirt spots, got in, had to throw away my own trash(which I had neatly in a pile for them) & an extremely poor vacuum job, didn't even looked like they spent a solid minute on my car. I had to ask the manager to redo my car TWICE for it to look half as decent as I expected a $35 car wash to look. Very very disappointed. read more

I've taken my boyfriend and my car here and they absolutely do a great job. My significant other is VERY picky about his car but once I brought it home he was very pleased. I got the car hand waxed and the attention to detail made it look that much better! I will always go to this car wash! read more

Disappointed in the quality. My car is black so you can see any spot that is missed. There were bugs still on the front bumper and spots that were still grey with dirt. Expected better, not sure if I will use their services again. read more

The staff here is very polite and welcoming. The facility is spotlessly clean. They do a great job on my vehicles. Every once in a while I have to point out something that was missed , but I am pretty picky and I understand they are very busy most of the time. I am completely satisfied . This isnt my first time here, but definealty my last, took 45 min for wash and dry and vacuum. The car was dry by the time they even got to it, so it was streaked and spotted, the car ran for 45 min and wasted gas, I asked the guy he said they cant shut the car off?? wtf? They work very slow, mostly immigrants that speak very little english, very poor service, the manager should be fired! read more

Just got my truck washed, the managers special. They did a good job. Went the extra mile for me to make sure the truck was looking good. I noticed now the carry a small tablet on which you can choose the quality of service performed, an improvement in my opinion. read more

So I took my Mercedes Benz into this location today and asked for a HAND WASH AND WAX- here is my review. First of all the place is nice and relaxing and the facilities are nice. Now to the service, I am not pleased with the results based on what I received. I asked them to HAND wax, and they used a buffing machine. I wanted HAND wax because those orbital buffers leave swirls in the paint. Next, I have had numerous $59 dollar detail services and this $105 service I paid for was no different than the $59 service so I feel I got ripped off!! When I was told my car was done I noticed several areas where they didn't even get the bug guys off the hood and lower front bumper. The windows were not cleaned well, streaks on the inside. They failed to wipe off excess wax on the exterior, the inside still had cleaner on the console and it was smeared. Wheels looked great and carpet was vacuumed but the car is a brand new 2018 so it wasn't bad to begin with. The hood looked like it hasn't been waxed at all. My honest review is to just stick to a $59 detail and don't pay for a "hand wash and wax" because it is not as advertised. I would recommend this place for a normal car wash but not on a high dollar vehicle would I pay for a hand service! read more

Took my 2012 lacrosse here for the first time today got the managers special my car wasn't very dirty I smoke in it and need the ashes cleaned regularly. Ok so my driver side rear door wasn't even whipped still had ashes on it. Seats are leather back seat had a big dirt spot in the middle of I wiped out with a rag with one wipe when I got home. The outside of the car there were multiple spots that I wiped off with a rag and a big bug splatter on the front of my driver side mirror. My point is nobody's walking around these vehicles making sure employees are doing a proper job so you get 1 star quality. Got the deluxe detail package with seat shampoo and I had to take it back after I got home. I realized they missed a lot of spots inside and outside of the car. However, when I did take it back the manager was very polite and got the situation taken care of. Just carelessness of the employees who washed it in the first place. Update: went to go pick it up after bringing it back and there were still several issues with it. It looked like they didn't move the floor mats when they went to vacuum the floors. I been bring my cars , too this car wash sense they open. I had all 3 of my vehicles washed here many times. They do a halfway decent jobs most of the times. I had my fair share of horrible ,Car washes done to. I've always thought because every time I go there you find so many new people. I would call them back an would let the person that answers the phone know that my car I just had washed there was done terribly. They would always say to me ( please speak with one of are managers. An They promise me that they would make it right. Which they did do as they said they always offer me a new car wash at no cost to me. Just bring my car back. I should have stopped going back. I had to bring my car back three times once To get it re-wash it. The third time they actually took it into the detail side and had one of the best gentleman wash it. I have to tell you the car came out great. So I decided that I was gonna from now on have my car done in the detail shop well it's 120 bucks to get the outside and inside done by hand it was a terrible job the front was horrible bugs all over it and so I was spotted with their leather conditioning like they let it soak in certain spots and then they waxed it and I think the gentleman let it dry too long and it took the paint off car. Of course I call them after I said that very same day and talk to the lady at the desk she said bring it by let my manager look at it we'll take care of it I told her I could not come back that day. I could come back tomorrow which I did I talk to their manager and basically he told me there's no way going to happen. It's a brand-new carwhich stays in the garage and I take very good care of it I know every spot in my car which there are none except for this new one that they just did. Well I go to find out after a while because when I first got there to have my car done the first time in the detail shop I told them then I was in a hurry and I need it done I got there at 12:55 and ask if they can be done bye 2 o'clock 2:10 The latest she said it usually takes an hour and a half to do when I was paying for. She said by me as my manager and I'll see if I can get it done by then she then turns around and walks away come back in a few seconds and yes it can be done by then I said are you sure because I don't want to rush job she said absolutely. I go inside and sit down and watch my car sits there for 20 minutes with the doors open in the car never once touched by anyone there's windows were you can see into the detail shop from the lobby. I go up to the front desk and I tell her I said listen I told you I had to get my car done and it is getting late now and I don't believe you can do it without rushing it why don't you give me a gift card I come back tomorrow and I'll have it done I'll have more time then. She said no I promise you that we can get it done and then walked in told her manager something. She comes out and says that he's going to put two guys on it and get it done quickly I said are you sure again because I don't want my car rushed and air coming out that I'm more than willing to take a gift card not my money back and show you that I will come back tomorrow. She said they would get it done. Well they ended up scratching the paint on my car when I go back the next day and I said I find out The gentleman that were detailing my car. Or from the front line the guys that do a terrible job a rush job a.m. now and white down job. I talk to the manager he said going to do investigation I haven't heard back from him in three days if I were you I would never ever take my car to this place and less you want a damage car I have to in car for Way too much money. read more

Terrible experience. I went to pick up my car and noticed the lights were on. They kept pointing for me to get in the car, but it was parked in a huge puddle. When my dad got in, it wouldn't start and the battery was dead. They told me it was my fault and I needed a new battery... no, I'm pretty sure it was just fine until I brought it in. Will not be back. I never had an issue at the Savannah location. read more

Poor quality control. I paid $29.99 for the Supreme Wash. Tires had no shine ( I asked the guy and he says ...yeah you are supposed to get that). Got home and inspected my car further to find the door jams unwiped, no dash dressing, lift gate on trunk not opened and dried, and water spots everywhere. By the way, this was a brand new 2016 car only owned for 2 weeks. None of this was pre-existing. I know that it was not the $59 or $39 wash. but come on. Very poor work. Especially since I spent an additional 30 minutes finishing the job. The only reason that I did not return and complain is because I did not want some extra damage to appear on my car, or my debit card to incur "extra" charges. I just got home from the Pooler car wash paid 68.00 for a car and a truck. Windshield of car on one side had something sprayed all over front of the car did not look like it had been touch. Our truck had some kind of greasy muddy looking stuff Down the side of it. Did not look like the Console had been touched. The workers were playing around. We called the manger and he said for us to bring them back. We told him we could not do that today. We had to clean the cars our self. Didn't have the time to return. read more

Have taken my truck to Savannah Car wash in pooler 3 times. Never again. The first time they waited till the truck was dry before they did anything to it which of course left water spots on the entire vehicle! Well figured they were really busy and it just fell thru the cracks said something to the manager and he said they would wipe it down again. Too late for that the spots would still be there. Strike one! I took my truck back about 2 weeks latter and again the same issues, this time the windshield and running broads had the same issues, besides waiting for over an hour for it. I mentioned it again and they made a feeble attempt at correcting the issues, Strike two! Well the third time was this A.M. I figured it wouldn't be busy and they would have ample time to do a good job. Wrong, they were surely not busy but the Pooler Police had three of their cars in front of mine. The teams all stopped work on every other vehicle to clean these three cars. Once these Police cars were finished the teams resumed their work on the other vehicles and started on my truck. However, once again the job was half assed and I again pointed these issue out. Don't misunderstand, I have used Savannah Car was "in Savannah" for almost 20 years and have had only a handful of issue too which, all were corrected at once done right. I'll now go back to Savannah to have my vehicles done no more Pooler facility it's substandard IMHO. read more

The people are friendly and all but they do a horrible job in cleaning. I paid almost $100 for deep detail clean when I got the car I had to point out like nine spots for the dude to go over and it's still not any cleaner than when I could've done at home would not recommend. read more

This is my second time taking my car to the Savannah Car Wash an Detail Center in Pooler, GA and it will be the last. First of all my car is BLACK and I must admit, it's hard to see when cleaning a black car; however, if this place is called a detail center, it does not pay much attention to details. I always get a hand wash- What a waste....water stains left on and I even came out of the waiting room when they were on the final wipe down and I had to constantly point out. I had Mr. Lazy (and I even had the nerve to tip him) why, I'll never know. I should never tip for bad service. He was too lazy to bend over and get the bottom of the car. The bottom looked like it was never done and the part where my tag is housed was barely touched either. It's really a shame after paying 25.00 for a hand wash. Just absolutely awful. There are some guys on 17 that do a better job and I think they are cheaper. I only write so that the service can be improved. I hope someone sees this and train their staff to do a better job. Half way is not getting it! It has a very nice waiting room and very close to where I live, so I am hoping that it gets better. For now on, if you want a hand wash, you'd do better doing it yourself. Wish I could get my 25 plus tip back. read more

I've been to numerous full service car washes in the country with similar pricing and this is by far the worse!!!! I actually went to the Savannah location went to get a spot clean on my back and front seat and my rims polished got there at 8:00 AM they were not done until almost 11 when I walked around and looked over my truck had several fresh scratches on my truck I spoke with the manager and he tried to convince me that the scratches were there when I came in but I Know my vehicle and the scratches were not there I was very upset about this and told management I would never come back the manager said that's fine do not go to this place they would damage a vehicle and blame it on you horrible place to get your car wash read more

I hate to leave this service even 1 star, but they did give our car at least their own minimum effort. My wife and i traveled to Savannah, Ga from northern Illinois about a month ago. Now, our car today I admit was pretty dirty. And we do not wash our car very often. We have certainly never paid $25 for a drive through car wash. But we did just that today. When the wash was completed, the car was possibly a little cleaner but most of the streaky dirt film on the car was still there. When I questioned the attendant about it, he gave me a story about oxidation on the clear coat. He told me that I had not taken good care of my car. But they could clean it better with a much more expensive detail treatment. I took my finger and using a little spit rubbed on a small spot on the car top film. I Immediately I got a small brown muddy looking area. I showed this to the attendant and told him that this was just dirt film not oxidation. He said that all he could do was run the car back through the wash again. So we ran the car back through the car wash again. It became marginally better, but not close to clean. I left the wash at this point not wishing to argue further. When I got home I used a little generic cleaner and a kitchen scrub pad from the Dollar Store and began cleaning the car paint. The dirt film residue came off easily. I plan to finish cleaning my car with this miracle cleaning product, and then wax the car myself. This will be the last time I pay good money for this local car wash sham. So...I say to you. if your car is pretty dirty, do not waist your time and money at the Savannah Car Wash in Pooler, Ga. Buy yourself a nice dinner with the $25, and wash your car at home!! Save yourself the aggravation! read more

I've had my dog in my car ten times in a row and a couple of beach runs and taken it to Auto Shine on Montgomery or called the best auto detailer in Savannah... And literally paid less than 3 times as much as I paid here with much better results. I paid these guys 90 Dollars today, one of the top tier levels expecting top tier results. When I went to get it... I pointed out several things and rather than taking care of them, they made excuses (it was too much hair- we couldn't get it all... Too much sand- We couldn't get it all, you'd need a clay bar to get that bug splatter off which is 30 dollars more). I have weather mats, plastic and bucket shaped, custom fit to my car. All you have to do is take them out, shake them and rinse them to get the sand. I should have paid them 20 dollars each time, and drove through four times in a row. Perhaps that MIGHT have gotten me the results I was hoping for in forking out 90 dollars. I called them several times within 1 hour hoping to speak to a manager, and each time... The phone would "hang up" or stop ringing at random ring tone intervals... Not consistent enough to be an automated machine hanging up my call. Stay away from this short-handed, greedy, excuse giving, non integritable place. If you want perfect, or results that are worth 90 but don't cost that much, call Brady at Historic Auto Mobile Detailing. He makes your car look as new as possible... Gets door hinges, frames, gas doors, every hair, every crumb or granual for a fraction of the cost. I pay approximately $100 per month to have fast passes for 3 cars at Savannah Car Wash. I cancelled all 3 today. When we started out they did a good job on the vehicles, very seldom had to get them to redo anything. Over the past 3 months my husband and I both have had them go back over the vehicles because they did a sorry job. I watched 1 guy clean my SUV today while about 5 other kids stood around doing nothing. When he finally finished 30 minutes after I got there, there was still sand in the door jam and crumbs in the seat. And he never put the vacuum to the cargo area even though they vacuumed the car next to mine. As a matter of fact I'm not sure they vacuumed my car at all as I was outside watching the whole time and never saw him pull out the vacuum. There were also marks on the panel of the door. The guy wiped them off but informed me that wiping down the inside of the doors wasnt included in the package. Really?? How is that? It would take 5 seconds to wipe the door with the rag you use for every thing else. I am tired of spending my hard earned money to pay for sub par service. If I produced the type of results in my job that the employees of Savannah Car Wash produce, I wouldn't have a job. Settling for less than excellence stops today. read more

My Mercedes Benz Steering column was damaged while trying to figure out where car key was. This kid was over 6ft , apparently he was trying to locate the keys after I turned the car in. (I forget to hand over the keys initially) Upon returning outside to turn over the keys, I found him with a puzzled look fidgeting under the steering wheel obviously looking for the keys. Hispanic manager hostile and condescending. The detailer lied to my face stating that I brought my Mercedes Benz in with my steering wheel hanging and broken. REALLY!!! (if that's the case why did you accept the car?) I do not think I would have been able to drive my car without difficulties in such a condition. Refused to take responsibility . When I requested the owner's information, I was refused that information by the manager. The manager told me that his staff did not do this damage and I was not making sense. He made it so difficult for me to explain my case. We arguing over 20 minutes and nothing was resolved. I was accused of lying by the manager. Inexperience detailers . I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt - six times. A young tall red-haired young man was to detail the inside of my car. He raised the towel to indicate that my car was finished, when I got to my car; grape seeds and colorful confetti on the floor, trash in the cup holder, confetti specks still on the back seat, and spilled coffee all over the dash and in the cup holders. This isn't an exaggeration - how I wish that it were because this is the closest car wash to my home, I truly thought that I was being punked, and that Ashton Kucher would soon appear! I pointed out all of the deficiencies to the attendant- and with each spotted deficiency, he became upset, turned his back on me and was looking away as I spoke to him. All of this after I asked him to stop and explained to him why and how in good conscience that I could not tip him. Every time that I go to this place, I have to go home and clean the inside of my car. And I think that they clean the windows with the filthiest towel at the detail center. I'm sorry, but they really need to provide better service. I used to tip those guys even when they did a horrible job, but not anymore. My father has often said that you get what you pay for - and if you go cheap and keep going back, you pay twice! read more
