UPDATE!!!Went through this morning. NO BRUSHES on left side were working so only right side of vehicle got washed. I spoke to the employees, all said we are sorry and WE KNOW THAT IT'S NO WORKING. So I asked if I could get my money back and of course the answer was NO. So again I paid for a FULL car wash and got half a car wash. I did email the manager after my last comment and his reply was just worthless, and blamed everything else. Employees said today they hope it would be fixed next week, but that's what I was told last time. He told me to get in contact the following week on Monday which I did. He said he'd escalated my case and was working on getting it resolved and to call back Tuesday. The attendant was nice, however since this became a LUV, they no longer take a wet brush to the car before it goes through the wash. There's nothing like paying $22 for a car wash that leaves streaks of dirt and water spots all over it. The quality of the wash is terrible. We will no longer be customers at any LUV car wash. This is my "home" location with three cars on monthly. I've become disappointed with how they continue to charge full price for a partial wash. Far too often rotating brushes are not working, for weeks at a time! The owner only cares abut collecting our money and not spending his/hers to keep the wash fully operational. Took my car there for the first time today, as I just moved to the area. I had been going to Tidal Wave in Saint Augustine, and LUV Car Wash is a total joke compared to them. Not only was my car still filthy dirty, my rear window wiper was broken. They are more expensive than Tidal Wave, and the results are awful. This location is now LUV car wash and not Scrubbles. My ride through the car wash seem speedy and the blower did not come down at the end. I could tell my new car would not be very dry and I would have to wipe it down. When I parked in the detail area I found the back of my car covered in soapy bubbles. When I mentioned this to an attendant, they replied the belt/timing in the wash had been sped up. Ugh. I feel like I got much less than I paid for. Oh and the car mat machine was broken too. Ever since the name has changed to LUV, my experiences have been terrible. Many times I attempt to get a wash, there's someone that gate with it closed telling me they're temporarily closed. When I can get a wash, the Member side has either broken or barely working vacuums. Today, both sides were completely missing vacuums in the front "row". Today I canceled my membership, because not only did the vacuums that were there not work well, not one area on the member side had clean towels, and the employee I spoke with just shrugged when I said there were no towels out there. There are too many other options in this area for car washes to waste any of your money here. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

Ever since this place became LUV the experience has been awful. Been a member for years. The gate has never just opened for me and always requires an employee to come over. This never happened when it was scrubbles. When I finally went in to cancel, the clerk blamed my husband because "most people can't figure out how to work the screen" which is why there is an attendant standing there. So, I guess they think most of their customers are idiots. When it is supposed to open with your tag, there should not be any reason to even touch the screen. He was so rude and smug. I've had a membership here for years but now I'll be going elsewhere. The wash isn't even a good wash, never got the front debris cleaned. Not worth the $30 + a month. read more

AWFUL car wash. Once I went through the was and pulled off to vacuum my car I noticed that my car was even dirtier than when I brought it. I physically wiped my hand across my hood and my fingers turned black. my car was COVERED in dirt and soap and I had to go home and hand wash and dry my car. Not worth the money AT ALL. Took car to get washed and entire back piece of vehicle ripped off. I was in contact with the manager and aware of multiple vehicles being damaged here. Manager eventually started ignoring all emails and calls with NO accountability. I am aware that there is a sign BUT after multiple vehicles being damaged at this location, someone should take accountability to identify the issue. Very poor customer service and obviously poor equipment. Do NOT bring your vehicle here. read more

I usually detail my own car but have been too sick to do it. I took my car here to see how they compared and they really surprised me. They had a pretty good attention to detail. They missed my center counsel nooks and crannys but I'll be sure to make that known to do next time. They were pretty well priced , quick and I wasn't there longer than 15 minutes but there wasn't anyone there lol. Anyway is definitely come back if I get lazy again ! They employees were really nice and polite too. I'm glad we have a real car wash place here. Update They're never touching my car again. I'm not paying 35$ for the girl with the little leg tattoos to not lift cup holders up and get crumbs and dirt under it or to wipe down the center console or to lift my little itty bitty booster seat and wipe it down. Just got back from there. My car wasn't even all clean on the exterior and the wheels were completely dirty. There were no clean towels available anywhere and i had to use dirty towels to clean the inside of my car. This place really sucks and is defintely not worth the money because you will end up cleaning your car yourself. For future reference drive the extra few miles to Georges and you will get a 100% much better job. When Scrubbles Fleming Island first opened service was awesome. Unfortunately overtime it has deteriorated. No more scrubbing bugs off the front of the car and the windshield, no more Scrubbles air fresheners, no more paper towels, and lack of staff has definitely contributed to the decline in customer service and value. read more

I recently got into an accident her in the middle of the car wash on 8/22/23- I was the first car who was rear ended while cars were on conveyor belt & remained in neutral. Car that caused accident drove off and left establishment. Cops were called but since this was with LUV I was advised to take it up with the GM Dominic, who was completely rude and heartless over the phone taking zero responsibility for what had occurred. My car is damaged and he is being uncooperative to fix it. I am currently trying to find higher ups/CEO of this company. My insurance is trying to fight the case currently. I am 6 months pregnant and was just looking for him to do the right decent human being thing to and help a loyal customer. I had a membership but canceled due to this mess and now have a fear of ever using a car wash again after this. I lose sleep thinking about how messed up this situation is. Also they said by employee at the scene that they have cameras and can look but as soon as I'm trying to fight this case "he doesn't have access to them" something is fishy & I am so disappointed. I came back to get them off immediately after my drive back from Orlando...a week later and they are still all over the front. Don't use these types of car washes very often as I usually wash my own vehicle. Every once and a while I just need a quick wash and hit one and had yet to use this one. Decided to give it a try today as I needed a quick wash and was passing by. To my surprise the cheap wash was half off which made it only $5 which is great deal. For $5 you get a pretty good wash some tire shine and get to use the vacuum and widow cleaning supplies(they claim multiple other things but that's the jist of the cheap wash). For $5-10 I will definitely use it again. FYI if your expecting a perfect wash from a drive thru car wash you are going to need to lower you expectations. read more

Had really high hopes when this first opened. Our first trip was shortly after their grand opening. It took an hour and a half to get the car done. Had to have them go back over the front for areas they missed. We chalked that up to the newness. Today's trip was a disaster (ticket#151149). First off, there is no full service before 09:00. Nowhere is this posted. After going through and the front not being totally cleaned, I asked to speak to the manager. Her response was "we'll run it back through when we get time."
