Dr. Plass was professional in all ways: 1) took time to listen carefully to my concern, 2) asked about my preferences for pressure, 3) checked along the way to see how I was feeling, and 4) showed me stretches after it was over. But most important to me was his knowledge of the interconnectedness of muscles, ligaments, tendons. The big difference between an okay massage and a great massage is someone who understands the mechanics and structure of the musculoskeletal system and pressure points. He knew where to apply pressure to relieve spasms and how to elongate tightened muscles in the directions they relax and expand.
