This is a small new store in the Lush chain, located in the passage leading to the 'Sussex Coast' platforms in Victoria station. Expect the usual bright, fragrant, cruelty-free and funky bath-time products, sold with minimal packaging and homepsun labelling - lots of chalk boards - and young, friendly staff. The store currently seems to be focusing on the scope for buying its products as presents, as a tactic to attract passing trade from the commuters rushing past their door. As I've said before, I find their products (and the stores themselves) a little too strongly fragranced for my liking, and the odd thing here is that the store's immediate neighbours all sell food - including a specialist cheese store. Expect olfactory overload! read more

This shop is a little hidden away in Victoria Station. It is one of the smaller Lush stores, but it is also one of the 'new style' lush stores. Even though the shop is small, it still contains all the stock of a normal sized shop. I visited this particular store last week and was very happy with the service I received from the staff. I went in looking for a small gift for my Mum and came out with a huge bag of lots of goodies. I was shown what I asked about and was also given a demonstration of how to apply it. The assistant then proceeded to show me what would go well with it. Sometimes I feel that Lush staff are a little pushy but that was definitely not the case in this store. It was a very enjoyable experience! read more

Slightly bigger than the other store in a train station. It's got a larger selection that Liverpool street with equally friendly staff that will help you pick out something special before you depart on a trip. It can get really busy is it's on a main path to and from trains. They have the full range of products you'd expect from the larger stores as well as the usual great advice from the staff about skin type and other information that you might not get in a regular retail environment. read more

The cheese shop must curse them - how on earth can anyone make a proper cheese decision? But I digress. This particular Lush outlet seems to focus on their soap displays, and there seems to be a lot more small size pre-cut and wrapped bars than in other branches (I recommend Alkmaar). The staff in here are as mad as balloons in the best possible way, and so generous with freebies and goodie bags that I wonder how on earth they make a profit. They did fall down on labelling what they gave me on the last visit, however, which is a pity, as there was one particular cream that I wanted to go back and buy! Oh dear, I'll just have to go round the shop sniffing, and no doubt end up with a migraine read more

This is a great new shop in the new shopping centre near Shephersd Bush - nearest tube station and then a short walk. Lots of lovely Lush goodies - I recommend the bubble bath slices and bath bombs - great for realxing baths after work. The smell of the shop is great and there are always new things in stock. The gift sets amake great gifts for something different. read more
