She was not pulling the hair properly and when I said it is painful, she said now I know! When I told her she left some hair, she said it's too late and when I asked her for scissors, she just handed it to me . I requested her to do it as it was not practical for me to do it myself as I was unable to see hair properly, she coldly said she won't do it, what if she cut my skin!! My whole skin was left sticky as they don't clean. When I was dressing up, she didn't leave the room and told me I have to rush.. how ill mannered is that... Never ever go there.. it's cheap but not even worth a penny.

Keep that to yourself. They also specialise in Guinot beauty treatments. Guinot is this French skincare company with really awesome (yet outrageously expensive) products. If you can't afford a full set of Guinot skin products (4 items is minimum £100 or more), get a facial. It won't set you back too much, they range from £25 to £50. OK, so maybe that's a bit pricey, but it's worth it. You'll be glowing so bright after you leave the place people may think you're some kind of spectre and ghost hunters will come after you in droves and you'll be featured in the next Twilight Zone. Or not...you'll just look hot. The service is fantastic. All of the ladies in here know you by name and they treat you like family. If you're a repeat customer they'll give you discounts and free samples from time to time. It's a lovely environment to get beautified.
