    Summer freshness sale!
    Derek L.

Love this Lush store! It's located in the miracle mile shops, right by a casino entrance for planet Hollywood, for easy access. Though it is a small store, they are well stocked and the sales associates are friendly, adept at making conversation with the mostly tourists who visit the store and are looking for some bath goodies to enjoy in their hotel rooms and for their kids. Apparently the design of this store was inspired by Wes Anderson's film Asteroid City? Even though the collection is mostly sold out, the aesthetic has remained, and they have the asteroid city bath bomb and shower gel remaining, which are Las Vegas exclusives! They are also running their summer freshness sale right now so you can get many of their collaboration items, like the Bridgerton "color, clarity, cut, carat" bath bomb and the "see and be seen" shower gel, as well as older items being phased out, for 50% off! Don't miss out :)

Very nice store. We walked in and we were greeted promptly. The young lady working there was very helpful and kind. She was knowledgeable and assisted my wife in selecting a few cool items to bring home. We found the variety and selection to be just wonderful. Lush has a lot of quality personal care items. They allow you to try the soap you would like to purchase and we did purchase a few items. Be sure to get home quick though as some items do melt lol! Cheers to Las Vegas Lush!

I was staying at the Cosmopolitan across the street for a few nights. I had a room with a nice Japanese soaking tub there so I really needed some bath bombs. This location is right by or in front of Sephora at the Miracle Mall I believe. I forgot exactly at the entrance from the strip. On July 6th, I tried to make a purchase that day but it was closed early in the middle of the afternoon so assume there was an emergency of some sort or lack of staff, so I was slightly annoyed. Luckily, I'm only across the street so I stopped by there the next day on July 7th and it was open! I don't normally shop at Lush so I wasn't really sure what to get. I don't remember who helped me sadly but she had long blonde hair. She was very helpful and kind. She showed me all the bath bombs they had and also showed me the bubble bath bars I had no idea existed lol I am very indecisive when so many choices are presented. There were so many selections that smelled so good and looked so pretty but I went with the Lucky Cat Bubble Ba, Black Rose Bath Bomb, and the Sex Bomb Bath Bomb. I really enjoyed my purchase. It was very much needed for my momcation for relaxation.

    Happy shopping!!

    - Ambience This entire place has been transformed into a place is movie-fun, quirky, and full of surprises, looks like it's straight out of the Asteroid City! The only brick and mortar store that Asteroid City products (bath bomb, shower gel, soap and shower jelly) are available or limited time online. I got an Asteroid bath bomb, this little beauty right here is going to transform my bath time into a cosmic experience. It has uplifting grapefruit and sweet & fruity bergamot. Smell is so sweet and fantastic. This interior will last only about a year so check out while it may last! - Service The staff are kind, attentive and quick. - Hygine Shelf, counter and the goods were not dusty, clean. - Location It is near Entrance of Miracle Mile Shops from Las Vegas Blvd S connected to Planet Hollywood. - Parking You can park at planet Hollywood that charges. Free self-parking for Caesars Rewards with Platinum, Diamond or Seven stars level. No free parking for Nevdans even with DL.

Have your next bachelorette party here! It is the best spot to have some fun with the bride-to-be while also shopping and getting great skin care tips and products! We planned ahead and were lucky enough to have a private party in which they closed the store for us! We had amazing staff help us make our own bath bombs, then got to play some fun games! We were able to bring in our own alcohol although it was not needed for entertainment! We went home with smooth skin, and fun products after an hour of unique fun for our bride! 10/10 would recommend and will be back for more!

After testing product that their sales person gave my hand ended up in pain and swallow.

I have never went to Lush it is my first experience and last. The sales person a very nice lady rubbed test ocean salt. Then my hand turned red swollen, irritated, in pain in certain areas. , They said it never happens and ask me to call customer service. It is 7:37pm the 800 number closes at 6pm. They just sent me off with Ice and said sorry. But they did give me a wash cloth and ice to cover my hands. Hand is in pain and irritated now.

Fresh Farmacy! Order by size/gram/pound. Absolutely love this cleanser.

I always swore to myself that I'd never step foot into Lush for fear of inciting a dangerous obsession to all of their products. And who hasn't heard of Lush? From their iconic bath bombs to their fun and playful shower jellies, it's home to many beauty and skincare products that showcase their own sense of originality and flair. Well an upcoming eurotrip finally got me to step inside this overly fragrant shop in search of shampoo and conditioner bars. Upon walking in, I'll admit that a huge part of me was intimidated by all of the different products. Having gone from a VIB Rouge at Sephora (aka I spent way too much money on makeup products) many years ago to a minimalist drug store advocate, it was very hard for me to really treat myself because I had gotten so used to buying just the things I needed. But NO, alas, I'm sure Lush employees and fanatics from around the world will gladly argue with me that their products are very much NEEDS and not so much DESIRES. And it's true. After I came and experienced Lush firsthand I was completely floored. Yes, I truly did need this high level of customer service and attention! Alright, so shopping with the boyfriend is always an "in and out" type of deal. I never stay too long inside a shop for fear of getting the good ol' "are you done yet?" or "how much longer is this gonna take?" But I know that girlfriends (and boyfriends) can breathe a sigh of relief at the fact that they have CHAIRS FOR YOU TO SIT DOWN!!! CHAIRS. Just simply open one up and have the other half take a seat while you willingly give your soul to the Lush employee so that they can find the best products for you. I typically like to shop by myself because I don't like the typical sales route where the employees recommend great products but they're of course the most expensive ones. There were two employees on the floor and both were eager to help me but were sadly swooped by other customers so I spent my time browsing the products while waiting for help because, boy, did I need it. Finally, Taylor came around to explain some of their shampoo bar products to me and asked me some questions about what I was looking for and what type of hair I had. I needed something that would strip the oils away from my hair as I have very oily hair and I also needed a conditioner that would leave my hair silky smooth but not rendering it back to an overly oily state. Given my answers, she suggested the Jumping Juniper shampoo bar ($10.95) and The Pumps conditioner bar ($17.95). I know. THAT MUCH FOR SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER?! I was pretty skeptical at first but I was willing to give it a try. Taylor reassured me that their return policy was actually really customer friendly. If I try out a product and don't like it I can return it within 31 days of original purchase even if I've used it. If I lose the receipt, I can still return it and get store credit. Now just the thought of that made me very happy to put my money into this company! I also decided to purchase Fresh Farmacy face cleanser because since I was already here I figured I might as well get a solid cleansing product as well. I love that they sell this one by the pound, which happened to be $54 per pound but since I only needed it for about 2 weeks I bought a $5 chunk which is well over 30+ uses. I swear, I've used it 5 times already and I don't even think I've made a dent. Jumping Juniper: THIS SERIOUSLY REMOVES OIL. Like I couldn't believe how much oil it removed from my air but wow was I impressed. It's surprisingly very soapy and has a rich lather and smells absolutely delightful. I highly recommend this for travelers! The Plumps: I absolute love this. I wanted this because it not only provided silky smooth hair but was also anti frizz and anti tangle, two necessary things especially during the cold October month in Europe. I'm still skeptical on the price though, so I may try out Big for ($12.95) and update on which I prefer more, but so far I love this one. Fresh Farmacy: absolutely lovely. It smells divine and it truly cleans my face. I especially love that my face doesn't get immediately only after five to ten minutes like my face usually does when I use Bioré or Neutrogena face washes. This is definitely a must have! -- Overall, I am a converted Lush fanatic. I highly recommend coming here to purchase their solid shampoo, soap, conditioner, and face cleansers for travelers who want to take advantage of the limited liquid allowance for carry-ons (because who wants to go through the hassle of checked baggage?!). While it is a bit expensive, the natural and organic ingredients definitely render the Alizen Seal of Approval!

    The Brazened Honey mask!
    Crystal R.

Taylor, Carly and Alex U Welcomed me into LUSH with a warm friendly hospitality! They are professional, efficient and clean. Although it had been overwhelming crowded in the last hour before closing time I had an amazing time at this location and enjoyed my sample of facial mask! Thank you again for the best customer service I have ever experienced here in Las Vegas! Everyone is very knowledgeable with LUSH products and providing proper consultation! I highly recommend everyone to shop here! I have officially converted to LUSH products not only for the reason my first week of trial my hair and skin results have been beyond satisfying, I also strongly believe in Charitable giving. It is in my heart and business. I have supported the campaign Erase Bullying by purchasing Charity Pot Hand And Body Lotion, with 100% of the purchase price being donated to grassroots organizations working to erase bullying. *The Brazened Honey mask was developed to revitalize tired, dull, balances out oily skin with warming herbs and spices. It also contains almond shells to polish and exfoliates the skin. The main fresh ingredient consists of Ginger Root! Ginger root works to help reduce hyperpigmentation, evens the skin tone and improves elasticity. Whenever my skin feels irritated or inflamed this mask helps to stop it. I can always rely on this mask every morning to help when my skin is changing during season change. *Dark Angels insists of black sugar and charcoal exfoliate and absorb excess oils to leave dull, oily or acne-prone skin feeling fresh and matte. Even oily skin can be sensitive, so it's made to soften and soot-hen to calm redness and irritation, too. The rhassoul mud base deeply cleanses to help prevent breakouts, while vitamin-rich cold pressed organic avocado oil nourishes skin to leave it soft and lightly hydrated. I use it after a long day or work all over my face and body for perfectly smooth, bright skin. An angel indeed! *Eau Roma goes well with dry, sensitive or mature needs a gentle touch. In my world of loaded cosmetics, using this toner by far is the most moisturizing toner, Eau Roma relies on the King and Queen of the essential oils world, rose and lavender. Both oils have been used for thousands of years to treat dryness, redness or irritation. Rose particularly made my face feel nourishing and cooling, while lavender helped my skin produce the right amount sebum (oil) to keep it suppler. Simplicity at its best. *I was unsure which moisturizer suited my face first luck was a charm! Imperialis, work with most skin types to ease and soothe irritations. Made with a lavender infusion to encourage my skin to find balance, this cream encourages dry skin to produce more natural oils and discourages oily skin from overdoing it. Orange blossom water brightens up my dull look through out the day and night. *Big shampoo is made with sea salt to helps with providing massive volume to my hair in need of a boost. Sea salt is also full of minerals and de-greases hair, removing dead skin cells and dirt without stripping natural oils for a fresh, squeaky clean feeling. This shampoo is balanced with sea salt, seaweed infusion and extra virgin coconut oil for soft, nourishment. There's also citrus juices which I have noticed it provides my hair with incredible shine. Healthy scalp healthy hair!

I was searching for a sunscreen that is not only inoffensive to my sensitive skin, but is also calming and more affordable. Thankfully, the wonderful employee (to be honest, I am not sure if she is the owner actually) patiently listened to my concerns, then showed me her recommendations! In the process, she evaluated my skin, provided her expertise on the products, and allowed me to sample a few of the sunscreens. The prices of the products are cheaper compared to other Vegas K-Beauty stores I have visited, which are a bit pricier. For anyone seeking K-Beauty, I recommend this store.
