Now we're on separate sides of the counter obviously and I pointed to a specific model. He said this one? And I said no the other one. He grabbed it and said that what I was pointing to. And it wasn't. He shook his head at my boyfriend like I was dumb. Then I had asked if he knew what type of cartridge it took, and he said they take the same carts. No. They don't. I was so disgusted with how I was being treated... I don't know if it was ego or the fact that I was a woman but I will never give that location my money. And yes, I most likely will not be able to change the fact that they are a vape shop and they will not be effected by losing myself or my boyfriends business, however the treatment was disgusting. Misogynist at its finest. Side note, I spend a lot of money at vape shops and I will gladly continue to go to tobacco hut and vape around the corner by Valero and the one by route 3 at the mall.

This place is absolutely amazing!…read more Let's start with the staff, each and every person there makes you feel like you are the most important person in the world. They are knowledgeable, friendly and most of all caring. I have had the pleasure of being helped at least by ll of the staff that works there and they are the perfect examples of greatness. They make you feel like part of their CN family! The owners are some of the sweetest, generous people you could ever meet! I love them! Chanda is my girl, I love her! Where they find these great employees, who knows? Because they are too good to be true! ;) If you come in with kids, they offer them some crayons and paper! Now, as far as products are concerned they have a vast variety of health & wellness products. What I appreciate about this place is that you can ask for a sample of pretty much anything in the store and they will give it to you. Which is great because who wants to buy bad tasting protein? I know I have before and didn't know it until after I bought it! :/ They will happily answer all of your questions, whether you have 1 or 50! I love that they send you home with a "How to" sheet of when to take you vitamins/supplements, how many etc. they want you to succeed. The best part comes after your visit when you receive a handwritten card from the person who helped you, thanking you for your business and wishing you success! They take care of members of the Military, fire department and police officers with a hefty discount. They honor those who serve, which says a lot about them. Now that I moved across the country, I will continue to order from them. They offer free shipping! You can't beat that! I will never buy anywhere else, this is a great business with amazing people. They have become part of my family! Don't go anywhere else, they aren't even on CN of Fredericksburg's level!

Why wouldn't you say anything before I walked out or said hey let me check and make sure it really did get declined otherwise I would have went home and had money stolen from me and the very next time I go in there he charges me a completely different price for the tobacco vape that I got and charge me $10 more than he did last time for the same exact brand and flavor and model of disposable vape something is just off with this new guy and I'm probably not going to bring my business back and I'll come there quite often hell I've even donated $1,000 worth of grow equipment to that store basically. That's two times in a row and it's not like it was small things that's not okay. If I do come back it's only going to be when Lou is there because I can trust him
