I walked in and it immediately felt homey and like the type of place id like to call my hair home! Well i was greeted by Gabby who turned out to be the stylist cutting my hair. Can you say super friendly!!!! Ive had this whole thing were my hair is nuts and very damaged on one side and have tried to explain it to many people to no avail! Usually getting told that im crazy. Well Gabby started to cut my hair and over the course of the cut she started to mention how she did notice the difference from one side of my hair to the other. She didn't do any highlights and when I sat in front of the mirror after washing my hair was brown with blonde blotches. After being there for 4hours they tried to fix it by stripping my hair and adding literally 6 highlights on top. My hair is still brown with an orange tint. I cannot emphasize how terrible my experience was and how they tried to downplay it. They offered to "fix" it if I wanted to go back in (for hours) but you can see from the pictures what a "fix" looks like. I've never posted a negative review on here until today. I cannot emphasize how terrible the overall experience was and still told that I had to pay.
