I can contact them by email, phone or in person and I always get great service. She shares the office with a chiropractor so I'm guessing that's why Yelp had her under that category. She is a family practice doctor. Her Technician Lisa is fantastic, thorough and pleasant. The reception staff are wonderful. Doctor Bessonett spends time talking to her patients and gets to know them individually. She accepts several different insurance carriers. 5 stars!!

Being that she is 79 yr old and widowed it was best to bring her back to Austin to stay with me while she was recovering. We contacted Dr. Aldelmans office to get her correct prescriptions before we left for Austin. We were left in the waiting room for two hours before his wife came out to let us know they were NOT going to help us with her prescription. Then we returned two days later to try to get a precription for home health for my mom while in Austin. Again a two hour wait in the office for the prescription. My mother needed blood pressure medication over the Thanksgiving weekend. I tried to call the office several times. I was told each time that someone would at least call me back. This never happened. On Monday I called the office to let them know that I needed these prescriptions. I spoke with someone claiming to be the office manager. She was EXTREMELY rude and VERY Unprofessional. Being in the healthcare field for the past 20 years I am accutely aware of poor bedisde manner. This was the worst I have ever encountered. She was insulting and disrespectiful. I find this office to be the worst example of the healthcare industry. I would never allow my mother to return to an office that showed such little concern for their patients well being The office manager ( his wife) would not let me speak and continued to imply that I was lacking in intelligence. Andrea then stated I could go sit down and she wound call me when she was ready for me. She seemed to be condescending. While waiting she ask if I knew I owed $80 ish dollars. It was not clarified they my charge for that day was what she was referring to. I responded No! She then stated since I signed in on echart I should have known. I had no clue what she was taking about. She acted as if I wasn't or didn't Gabe the money to pay for the visit. Had She said, your balance today is... I just found her to be a bit rude. I would honestly rate them 100/10. They were attentive, kind, and made a very difficult situation much easier. While my overall stay had some challenges -- particularly with response times and delays in assistance at certain points -- it seemed like this may have been related to staffing levels rather than the individuals themselves. I also experienced some concerns around discharge timing while I was still dealing with significant pain, weakness, dizziness, and fluctuating blood pressure, though I ultimately stayed longer due to a heart-related issue. One small note: food delivery was often delayed, so ordering ahead may help. Overall, the standout staff I mentioned above truly made a difference in my experience, and I'm very grateful for the care they provided.
