I have been struggling with some health concerns lately and during my shoot I wasn't feeling well and we had to stop part of the way through. She was so sweet and took such good care of me..... She offered me food and drink from her own kitchen, sat and talked with me until I felt better, then let me finish the shoot free of charge even though it took longer than expected. Also, I had a giant wound on my hand the day of the shoot from work that she seemingly magically managed to cover up in the final photos!! Wow! This woman is both talented and kind. The shoot wasn't awkward at all and I would recommend her services to ANYONE who is getting married and wants to do something special for their spouse (my husband LOVED his book!!) or just to anyone who wants to celebrate their own natural beauty. You know if the venue is recommending a DJ they will be good, but Barry was so much better than just good. He met with us multiple times before the event to make sure he knew what we wanted. He set up everything the day of the reception. He had mics available for the toasts on one floor and the complete lighting/speaker setup for dancing on another floor of the venue. We had dancing for around 4 hours and the selection of music was perfect. Barry had the crowd up on their feet, was dancing himself, and created the perfect atmosphere. I have never seen a wedding where the dance floor was never empty. His prices were reasonable. We will be using him for any party we need a DJ at in the future.
