I left generous gratuity after that session and was fully prepared to do the same again, as quality service should always be recognized. That positive experience is the only reason I came back. I am a former massage practitioner myself, and I can say with confidence that during the second visit another therapist showed no understanding of basic muscle anatomy. The pressure felt random and was applied to unsafe areas of the back, including direct pressure on the spine and bones instead of working with muscles. While I was lying face down, excessive pressure on the neck area caused my throat to feel compressed and made it difficult to breathe. At checkout, I left a tip that reflected the quality of the service but still 18%. Staff openly discussed it in their native language right in front of me and then told me there was a "minimum tip" requirement, creating pressure to pay more. This is unacceptable. Similar experiences have been mentioned by other reviewers as well. I believe all clients deserve the same level of professional, respectful service, regardless of who they are and what language they speak. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Service quality is inconsistent, and pressuring clients for tips is not okay. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place and will not be returning.

My calves and ankles got more time and action (and were not sore) even though I kept pointing out how much my neck was tight and painful. When I left the table, sure, I felt somewhat relaxed, but rather I was reminded of areas that had pain without being given proper pressure on them. Am I supposed to buy a 2-hour massage to feel the relief? When it came to tip, I didn't have much cash on me, but her colleague pressured me to tip with card-- $20 on a $72 (the original price was increased by $2 because I used card).
