We spent $2,600 for a beautiful table and chair set. If the the customer service was as good as the furniture, I would have given Luna Rustica five stars. We are return customers having purchased a bar table and chairs there previously. Unfortunately I have three complaints: 1) - We asked when they could deliver it and the salesperson said WE needed to call their guy Tom (instead of calling him for us). 2) Tom had an answering machine and store staff could not tell us approximately when or how much the delivery would be other than it could be a week and might be over $150 for our local delivery. We were so frustrated that we did not notice there is an Enterprise rental in the same lot so we used U-haul the next day for around 70 bucks. 3) The table was filthy, there was food and gunk all over the top - wow, they didn't even wipe it for us. Great table, crappy customer service. read more

This place is the BEST one stop shop for imports from Mexico. And if they don't have it they will get it for you or have it made. Gorgeous hand carved wood furniture, copper items, Talavera, you name it. I am a local interior designer whom shops here not only for myself personally but for model homes, etc. I've been to numerous import stores all over the west coast and this is by far the best. Cabinets, buffets, entertainment centers, benches with storage, rocking chairs, tables, chairs. This place has super cool stuff. It is all imported from Mexico. It's kinda mission style furniture. There is some marble worked into some of the side board or buffet pieces. The doors and cabinet closures are not too ornate, but just classy. Some if it looks battered, but that is part of the genre. Stressed wood they called it. It looks like old furniture, but it looks like loved furniture also. It all appears to be well made. They also sell large wall art pieces. The warehouse has more large pieces than the downtown store, which has more curio type merchandise. The pricing is a little expensive, but if you live well in a large house in San Luis you can afford to spend money here. The service was dignified and friendly. read more

I have shopped at this store for years due to the unique selection. After my experience today I will never shop here again and would strongly discourage anyone else to shop here. They quoted me a price on a bedroom set and when I wanted to order it was put off until the next day. Never heard back from either of the owners and I had to call several times. Finally I was told they misquoted me and it would be twice the original quote. I said they should honor the quote I was given and they said they couldn't given what a small store they are. I said the idea of not holding to their word could really damage their business is such a small town. I was putting together a very large order and no concessions were offered after their mistake on their quote. This store literally made my Christmas! I found the most perfect chiminea Adobe stove there for my husband's newly built cantina.
