A Hidden Gem with Exceptional Service!…read more I can't say enough good things about the owner Jennifer and this shop! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine enthusiasm. The shop itself is beautifully curated, offering high-quality items at fantastic prices. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the outstanding customer service. I wasn't looking for anything specific but was on a fun mom's trip and stumbled on this gem. Her dedication to making sure every customer leaves happy is truly rare and refreshing. I happened to find some really nice outdoor pieces at a great value. Unfortunately I didn't have the right vehicle to take fit one of the pieces. Jennifer went above and beyond to try and help get it in the back of my SUV. She spent 20 minutes trying to help me. After we accomplished getting it in I realized it was not a good idea to drive home and out my passenger in that position. I went back to Jennifer and without 0 hesitation, she helped me take it out and said she'd hold it for me until someone can pick it up. Even called a few delivery services. Whether you're hunting for a unique fashion piece, home decor, or a great deal, this is the place to go. I left feeling like I had just shopped with a trusted friend, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

In the morning they called to tell us they would be here in 30 minutes and they were. Although the removal of our old mattress and the installation of the new one was somewhat difficult due to the fact that they had to negotiate a rather steep hill to get from the truck to our bedroom, and both the old and new mattresses were quite heavy, they managed to accomplish it without any difficulty or grumbling. In short, the whole process from shopping to purchase to delivery went very smoothly and we were once again delighted with Idlers service.
