Our washing machine arrived with a broken door and a delayed delivery (SM), the bed frame we bought was discontinued so we only got part of it at first, and the final piece made it over a foot too long to fit the space (SM). The sectional couch was set up wrong, arrived damaged twice, and after about eight months of delays we're still working on repairs or a refund (SLO). We want to keep supporting Idler's because of the great sales team, but the delivery and service side needs serious improvement, and our current couch situation is still to be continued.
