Then - after staying home from work to wait for the appt - SHE NEVER SHOWED UP. She was a no call/no show - I called at 9:10a asking where they were, left a message. Called back at 9:30 saying I was no longer waiting and going to work - lady answered (provided her "reason" for missing the appointment - even though she never even called to cancel or reschedule). Then she did an over-the-phone consultation. She said she would call me back w/in 20 min. with a quote price - nope - emailed me a scan of the quote 2 hours later. I have a small 3br house, small living, dining, kitchen, which I keep pretty clean - I just need bi-weekly help to maintain washed floors, dusting. Their quote WITHOUT EVEN SEEING MY HOUSE was $688.19 for the first cleaning (HA! - what are these people thinking), $198.82 for weekly cleaning (HAHA!), and $213.50 for bi-weekly cleaning (HAHAHAHA!). THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!! Do not hire them.

They responded within the hour and came out the next morning. They asked for the amount I had for them to remove and for a picture to give an estimate at the time of response. I had roughly 1/4 of a 2 car garage full of garbage/junk/recycling to remove. I sent the picture that late afternoon. I heard nothing back on an estimate until the next morning after they had already had it loaded up when I arrived at the house. It was $375 to remove it all. I don't know if they took credit card/debit card (or any other form of electronic payment) or check. With no response on the estimate, I had no idea how much to money to bring with. I'm glad I brought more than enough. He offered me a receipt hand written out on paper, but I declined. I had WM cans included in the garbage/junk/recycling and they dropped them off, which would have been a separate charge for WM to come get. It was brought to my attention that there was a bed liner from a truck, where wood was being kept in to burn in my fire pit, that I didn't know was behind our garage, that needed to be removed, until after they already came for the removal. I reached out and asked if they would be able to come and grab it (charging more or not) within a day and a half and I heard no response from them.

The company told me to expect a 3 month lead time, that I'd have my products in December. I paid the full $27,000+ up front, and waited patiently, during which I placed another $2,000 mistake with them. Very little communication, and December came and went with no doors. It was March, over 6 months from the order date, when they finally arrived. The owner's laziness goes beyond not communicating, it goes to packaging as well. My $1,000/piece doors were wrapped in a single layer of cardboard. My grocery store does better. Not surprisingly, 7 of the doors were damaged in shipping. We made a claim with the freight company, whose driver couldn't believe they used 1 piece of cardboard, photographed everything, and notified the T/G Store who couldn't care less. They told me they would not order new doors until I paid for a second order of doors, or the freight company reimbursed them. I finally got a phone call with the owner after threatening legal action, and she was as helpful as a blade of grass. About as smart as one too. She told me over and over how I had to "have skin in the game" and that they would ship my order when they get paid for it. SHE HAS $29,000+ OF MY MONEY STILL. It's now June 2025, over 9 months, and they still haven't fulfilled my order. Do yourself a favor, burn your money instead of paying the T/G Store, it'll go farther.
