Hands and Knees Clean does an acceptable job of cleaning houses. However, the service is not always…read morereliable. Since the cleaners contact you directly, it is easy for them to commit to clean your house and then have some sort of reason last minute why they are unable to come. This has happened to me at least three times now with two different cleaners from their company (always at the most inconvenient times it seemed), and I have decided no longer to use their services for that reason.

When I looked under the area rug in the living room there was a line of dirt. They did not even bother to move it. And nothing was done in the lower level. I emailed Gertie and she responded, saying that one person that was supposed to come here had a sick baby. Not my business; I sent another email, and no response. I invited her to come and see the work that was done but she did not respond.

Literally said that to me. Then continued to tell me I could go ahead and hire whoever I wanted and to feel free to call her when I need my cleaning done properly. I was floored. Absolutely shameful, abhorrent customer service.
