Went this weekend to get my car washed, spent $27 for their highest wash level. When I got out to vacuum my car, I noticed the windshield still had bird poop as well as the front of the car had bird poop. When I went the staff to mention this, they said "that must've just happened". In the 100 feet from the end of the car wash exit to the vacuums, it must've just happened. It used to be the old place took and sprayed and scrubbed the front to make sure the hardest hit area from bugs and stuff. Nope, not anymore. I don't recommend their car washes.

I clearly need to do more with my life. lol! I've been reading the reviews and am a little surprised at the negatives. I have the $15 monthly car wash -the Basic Bee- and it is a wonderful bargain. During the summer I have a convertible and like to keep her looking nice and shiny, and of course, get the dreaded pollen off (I'm allergic to pollen, so I really need this!) $15 a month and to get almost every day in summer is a great deal. At times I'll do an upgrade wash-I've taken my daughter's car and my winter car, I like the Honey Bee. I think the Ultimate Bee is the everything wash and includes the undercarraige. I gave 4 stars as last summer one of the wash's side "spinners" was down on the left side - and it was out for almost a month (we called it a "dead Bee" lol). My friend always had to get out and spend a while wiping it on that side as it would have a bit of extra residue that wouldn't be wiped off by the spinning bee. I really like this place, employees are nice (some soap spray the car better than others), but hey, I have a nice monthly deal on a really decent car wash.

On Tuesday, April 5th, at 4:03pm I went through the wash & wanted the $10 wash (with some of the extras). I gave the kid a $20 bill & asked him for a $10 bill back. He gave me 2-$5 bills (which was fine). Then I went through the wash NONE of the extras you get for $10 came on, I know this because I've gotten the $10 wash before. None of the extra things lit up (as they do when you PAY EXTRA for the $10 wash). I feel I PAID for the $10 wash & got the STANDARD $5 wash, & trust me I know the difference. There was a long, long line when I went, but with three self-payment terminals the line consistently moved. The terminals were super easy to use and take credit card. There was a staff person to direct you into the wash which I think is important and is one reason I never use unattended gas station car washes - I don't trust myself to not mess up my tire when lining up with the track that pulls your car through. So that was a plus and the staff person sprayed down the rear of the car with a power washer hose. There are a lot of add ons on the car wash offers when you buy a single wash. For example, I chose the 2nd level wash ($13) because compared to the lowest level wash ($10) the 2nd level included bottom cleaning. However as I was checking out I was prompted to pay an additional $2 for a higher pressure bottom cleaning. Usually, I'm all for upsells, but in this case I think it undermines the wash. I would much rather just pay $15 than $13 plus $2. When would I ever want half as good a job done on my car? I love the idea of a membership, and the prices of those here are fair in my opinion. The only thing that kept me from giving a 4 and from signing up for a membership was that the blow dryers as usual did not do a 100% perfect job. If there was just a staff person to dry that would be perfect and I'd sign up for a membership for sure. In the summer, not a huge issue to pull off to the side and do it yourself, but in the winter...

No car wash ever, anywhere, can claim they've NEVER damaged a car. Most of them CAN claim they haven't cussed out their customers though.
