This is the first review I have ever written on the internet because writing reviews isn't really my thing, but I was SO impressed bymy experience at Rejuva Medispa and Laser that I had to create an account here to share my experience with anyone looking for a reputable place to trust in. Service: Botox and Juvederm Facility: This was the first time that I had ever been inside Rejuva and I was very surprised and impressed. The decor is beautiful, very modern yet warm and inviting - not like most other offices with flourescent lighting. It was very clean and professional but not uptight in any way, I felt very at ease. Staff: Since I first inquired about their services over the phone, the staff have been amazing - super friendly, relatable and knowledgeableand not pushy in any way like a lot ofsales people can be. I felt like I was talking to afriend and felt likethey cared about melike I wasn't just another client in their medispa. They made sure that I was fully informed about the pre and post care of the treatment I was about to have and even shared their own experiences with what they had had done themselves -which a lot of women don't, so it was really nice. Doctor: Dr. Soni was amazing. This was the first time that a doctor has spent this much time with me to make sure that he understood what my goals were and discussed how he planned to achieve them. He even took out a chart that showed all the muscles in the face and explained how botox would effect them - he actually talked me out of getting the normal amount of botox that I usually get because I didn't need it for the results I wanted - turns out that a lot less botox, injected properly would give me the result that I was looking for! It was within a few minutes of meeting Dr. Soni for the first time and sitting in his chair that I felt I could trust him to perform the treatment on me. He was very personable and even though he had another client after me, I never felt rushed in any way. He was so thorough in explaining anything that I wanted to know and was so happy to share his knowledge with me while still respecting my opinion and former beliefs - which most doctors have a hard time doing. Comfort: Anyone who has ever gotten their lips injected knows that it is THE most painful of all the injection sites. I had my lips done once before and even though I was 'happy' with the results, I didn't think that it would be worth doing again because of how painful it was - which says a lot because I have a high pain tolerance and I'm pretty vain! ;) Dr. Soni actually uses a numbing cream that he formulated himself that COMPLETELY numbs your lips so I couldnt feel a thing!Plus, contrary to what I had been told before, he was able to re shape my lips from beingjust two really full lips on a face to a perfect pout shape wherethere is more volume in the center and SO natural looking! I honestly never knew that my lips could look like this - I am amazed and in love with my new lips and cannot stop looking at them! Cost: You only get charged for the amount that is used so you don't have to buy an entire syringe - which most places wont do. He only ended up using half a syringe on my new perfect lips, compared to the other doctor using an entire syringe to just basically inflate my lips without shaping them to match my face and goals. I am the happiest I have ever been with my results and the entire service cost almost HALF as much as I normally paid - which really does prove the importance of going to a skillful doctor. I will never go anywhere else for my cosmetic injectibles again. I am already booked for a skin care consultation at Rejuva as well and am going to look into their other services like laser hair removal. This is totally my new medispa!

At times I can be a touch squeamish about treatments, but Leah explained everything very well and gave me reading material to help me make an informed decision. Since then I've had 2 Dermapen treatments, 1 forever young treatments, 2 skin tightening, 2 photo facials, 1 universal contour body wrap, and 4 laser hair removal treatments - all constantly amazing with stunning results... I'm sure they're all great but Danielle is my favourite; so knowledgeable, professional, kind and really listens to try and figure out what is best for you. She was able to diagnose and start treating the part of my facial skin I disliked the most right away (melasma discolored skin due to sun/hormones). I am genuinely happy with my skin now. The goal in my mind when I went there was to eventually feel comfortable going without makeup on any given day - mission accomplished! It's no longer something I think about besides when I'm using my products and feeling thankful for them and the hard work they do. I should note one of the things that impressed me the most about SKN was the lack of pressure to buy products. During facials they inquire as to what you use on your skin and appear to try to work with what you've got but suggest a few small changes. I also left my first facial with several samples, which was very helpful as I could see if it was a routine that worked for me (it totally did, very easy). I've also tried their laser hair removal and highly recommend it, minimally painful and again, professional and thorough. Given the quality of the technicians, space, products, service and overall experience I find that their prices are reasonable. They also have an online product store now (pick up or have it delivered) and they seem to have monthly specials on products and services.
