My husband and I stayed here on Easter long weekend, a getaway that we planned to escape the city. We arrived on Thursday evening and departed Sunday morning. We stayed in the Halsey Suite, which was absolutely incredible. The bed was extremely comfortable and the fireplace was just wonderful. My husband and I also decided that our next home has to have a similar bathroom because it was just awesome. The freestanding tub, shower, and amenities were incredible. We also loved the afternoon cookies baked by Liz and just staying at this wonderful inn. On Friday, since it was the only day with good weather, Liz gave us directions to the beach and helped us figure out where to eat for dinner. We drove around and explored the area. On Saturday, Liz gave us passes to the Parrish Art Museum, and we spent the rest of the time just relaxing in the room until dinner which was also nice because the weather was pretty terrible. The room had so many incredible amenities, and it was nice to just be able to get away and relax. It would be remiss of me to leave a review without mentioning the breakfasts made by Liz. 3 courses of absolute deliciousness - as you can see from my photos. They were also wonderful at recommending restaurants to eat at, and tell us what they thought if it was a place we already booked. I also purchased the cookies and cocoa option as a surprise for my husband, and Liz's homemade marshmallows and the homemade cookies we took home allowed us to keep enjoying the stay we had here. If we ever decide to come out to The Hamptons again, White Fences would be the first place we look to book. We had an absolutely incredible stay.

The hotel acknowledged it was not my fault but rather than deal with Expedia they ripped up off a vulnerable customer. My rating is based on ethics of management vs the accommodations of the hotel given I never got to stay there. My wife and I had to get (and double pay) for another hotel room last minute.

Our accommodation was situated on the third floor, which was ideal, featuring a king-sized bed, a television, and a bathroom equipped with a spacious soaking tub. Each morning, we enjoyed a complimentary breakfast that included eggs, yogurt, fruit, pancakes, coffee, tea, and more. This meal was available in a cozy dining area or could be served in our room. Additionally, there is a small snack area accessible throughout the day. The Inn itself exudes the charm of a bygone era and is well-maintained. The staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and attentiveness. The Inn is conveniently positioned within walking distance to downtown and other attractions. Overall, it was a delightful stay.

The staff, specifically, Mrs. Tiffany, who met sure we had everything we needed, Taylor (the cook ) who made sure mom's over easy eggs and not too crispy muffins were to perfection, and lastly, Mrs. Dawn, who's love for museums was shared and felt as she assisted mom and I on the things to do and places to visit during our stay. This is definitely a place the family and I will visit again. We just wish the weather was a little warmer. If you just need to slow down from the hustle bustle & simply get away, East Hampton, NY is a great place to do it. Accommodations are great. Thank you Mill House Inn. You ladies & gents were amazing and attentive.

The breakfast each morning was out of this world... Just the smell alone, wafting up the stairs was enough to make you hungry. As a vegetarian (who doesn't eat eggs), Victor & Cam prepared a delicious breakfast for me. Also, Cam's blueberry muffins are chef's kiss! The enclosed backyard is a nice perk, my little guy loved running around & sniffing everything. The owners have an elderly dog, Molly, who is an absolute sweetheart - Very welcoming to us newcomers invading her space. We will absolutely come back! I just asked my husband what he would like to add to the review and he simply said "it was too short". So there you have it!

The space was beautiful, clean, and COVID safe. Our room (we stayed in the Beach room) was soooo nice, spacious & comfortable - the bathroom is incredible with a beautiful tub and huge rainfall shower! The YARD is amazing and a beautiful space for you and your pup to run around freely. Also the location is so convenient with shops just down the road as well as the beach. We were there in "off peak" season but had pretty great weather. Cam and Victor's breakfasts are also sooo delicious (the biscuits!!!). We can't say enough about how great this visit was- and so thankful for their hospitality- and loving on our Jadey girl. We'll definitely be back!

From the magical space and piece of land to the incredibly attentive and friendly hospitality to…read morethe curated art selection and eye for detail.. The Reform Club does not disappoint. As soon as you enter the property you will feel a sense of peace. Swept away from the business of the Hamptons, yet just a 5 minute walk away from the center of Amagansett (or a 10 minute bike ride to prime Hamptons beach). The Reform Club's eye for detail is what will impress you the most. Our rooms and cottage (and entire property) was spotless. Not once was there anything to point fingers at. The rooms were decorated to perfection. Between the interior, the art selection, the cleanliness, the gorgeous bathroom!... you are in for a treat. PLUS if you book Cottage 2 you will have your own private (and pristinely clean) steam room that WORKS! Within 5-10 minutes it is steaming hot. Fabulous way to start your day followed by a great shower -- or after a chilly day of exploring the Hamptons. Order your complimentary breakfast seamlessly on the ipad provided in your room and you will wake up to fresh brewed coffee and a deliciously warm croissant! Let's not forget that every room and cottage at The Reform Club has their own fireplace -- so get ready to get cozy! In cottage 2 we had one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The frontdesk will send someone immediately to get it started for you and all you need to do is pour yourself a glass of wine, sit back and enjoy the coziness. If you want to have dinner there as well they can arrange that (highly recommend doing this for an evening). I can not recommend staying at The Reform Club enough. You are never gonna want to leave.

We stayed in the Hill Street suite, a lovely two-bedroom suite that owner Elizabeth upgraded us to at no extra charge. The suite was spacious and comfortable, with lovely linens, comfy chairs, and modern touches like free wifi and a large flat-screen TV. Elizabeth is the perfect hostess, and we enjoyed chatting with her and admiring her two well-behaved standard poodles, Tallulah and Lily. The serve-yourself breakfast was delicious: waffles, cereal, yogurt and fresh fruit. The location is super convenient to shopping and beaches. We can't wait to stay here again and my daughter and I both agreed we want to live in a house just like this. The Mainstay is the perfect choice for a cozy stay in Southampton.

It's a beautiful 200+ year old house with many original features. The house is decorated to suit it's age & history. There seem to be many rooms to accommodate different numbers of guests. We stayed in the Bishop room which was very quaint and perfect for 2 people. The bathroom is private, but not attached to the room. There's a beautiful old claw foot tub in there but we couldn't figure out for the life of us how to get it to go from the handheld setting to the bath setting so we could fill up the tub and relax. It was our first time using a claw foot tub so maybe we just weren't prepared? Who knows. Maybe a note on how to use it would have been helpful. Also, we weren't aware that it just was a tub with a handheld, so showering would have to happen sitting down and maybe a bit awkward! We were only their for one night, so after not figuring out the bath we decided to just forgo bathing at all! Elizabeth, the owner, is kind and helpful. She gave us suggestions for how to spend our day getting to see as much of the Hamptons area as possible. She has 2 poodles who are very friendly! Not sure if they are hypoallergenic, so may want to inquire before you book if you have allergies! Breakfast was absolutely delicious - fresh fruit, cereal, coffee, OJ, bread with incredible jam, and a make-it-yourself waffle station! Food was plentiful and very satisfying! The house in on a beautiful corner lot. We didn't get to enjoy the garden or pool, but I'm sure having outdoor space and use of a pool during the summer months is simply an added bonus! The house is about a 5 minute drive to the main downtown area of Southampton and about the same distance to Cooper's Beach. All in all, a pretty decent location for a nice accommodation! We would certainly stay with Elizabeth again!! Prices seem to be about on par for both the off season and high season compared to other B&Bs in the area (at least as far as we saw - we aren't Hamptons B&B experts by any means).
