Halo laser had a week or so down time which while seeking medical care was not possible at the time. Time to time I inquired about my package from staff and was never once told about the expiration policy. When I went to schedule my first appointment, I was told my package had expired six months after purchase -- and they given me an extension period, again which I was never informed about. Not once during my visits was I ever informed that there was an expiration, nor was this policy clearly explained when I purchased the package. These treatments are not cheap, and I would have never spent that kind of money had I known the sessions would expire. It's extremely disappointing that they won't honor what was clearly a communication mistake on their end. I have given multiple details and documents and a doctor letter stating I was advised by my physician to hold off on lasers but the company isn't taking responsibility -- very unprofessional and not what I expected from a business in this industry. **Disagreeing with my review does not change the fact that payment was taken and services were not delivered WITH NO CLEAR COMMUNICATION ABOUT EXPIRATION. I started with massages with Larysa, and scheduled to be treated by other masseuses as well. Everyone is kind, professional and Knowledgeable. Dr. Sundara is my acupuncturist. He has blown me away with his kindness, care, attentiveness and I always feel comfortable in his office. Every session works magic. I've had other acupuncturists before but I've never seen results the way I do when working with him. My head always feels lighter. His assist is the kindest soul in the world. I sleep longer and better. I am scheduled 3x a week now because I am seeing rapid results and massages help so much along with acupuncture. He studied in Paris under some of the greatest doctors in the world. He can pretty much cure anything. I never thought one acupuncture appointment can work such wonders. I had an awesome experience at Sound Tattoo Removal. The staff was great at every visit, very…read morepersonable. The location was easy to find from I-5 (exit 143). On my initial visit (consultation), Patty, medical esthetician, examined my tattoo on my ankle and estimated how many sessions it would take for results, she thoroughly explained the process and procedures. My first session went well. Prior to receiving laser removal, I met with Dr. Gregory and he numbed the area. After a few minutes, Patty and I wore goggles and she checked to make sure I was completely numbed before lasering away. After it was complete, she applied an ointment and bandage; gave me post-care instructions to take home. At home, I did not blister nor had any scarring whatsoever and my tattoo was slowly fading each day. I learned that staying hydrated helped the lymphatic system flush the ink away. I was able to go about my day as usual except Patty advised at consultation that no suntanning, no use of any self-tanner lotions, etc. is good. Therefore, I had to cover it with a band-aid or long leggings to prevent sun exposure to the lasered area. The second session was the same as the first except I requested to numb the area with an ice pack (to take the edge off) instead of the lidocaine injection and incorporated breathing techniques while receiving the laser removal. On a scale from 1-10, (having a high tolerance for pain) rated the pain level at 3. It felt like a rubber band snapping my skin. The third session is in eight weeks so this review is to be continued w/ before and after pictures. Wished Yelp had TEN stars because that's what I'd rate Sound Tattoo Removal!
