I also let them know I needed my ring resized and they placed in a ring sizer to make it smaller for the mean time. After two weeks go by with no follow up I call and request an update on when the appraisal will be ready. They didn't seem to know what I was talking about and asked if they could call me back. It's been another week and I have not heard back from them yet. I'm just going to go to a new place to have my ring appraised as this seems to be a very disorganized place.
