The staff is just incredible. Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and genuinely caring. The store is ALWAYS well arranged and I've been here during all kinds of sales and it never disappoints. This store is probably me of the best in terms of items availability and variety. While the most popular sizes are snagged fast, the staff is well informed and gives useful information on the next shipment and/or other locations for a particular clothes piece. Great & terrible - One of the young guys working at the check-out counter was asked if a military discount could be applied. My aunt was then denied a discount because she was not active duty and was told it could not be applied to a spouse. I'm questioning WHY my aunt was denied the extra discount with such specific qualifications. The lulu lemon website states otherwise... I am soooo not one to pay $100 for a pair of work out pants that I am going to get sweaty & dirty at the park. Lululemon is so not my thing but I see their appeal. My sister on the other hand is very into the Lulu. She's had a pair of leggings that she wears all the time and they haven't stretched out, faded or ripped. I mean that's what I would hope would happen when you pay $100 for work out clothing. Sorted by size, the store (for have only being open 2 days) did have a variety of pieces from yoga pants (marked down from $89 to $49) to waterproof running jackets (marked down from $139 to $39), the items are still pricey but definitely less expensive than walking into an actual store. This outlet store does need some work, they've got to make it more of a work out clothing paradise (like the atmosphere of the actual stores) and less of an empty white room with racks of clothes. I do like that it is all arranged by size so you can go into your nook & easily pick out what you are drawn to. The back of the store has the 'imperfect' section where the seams dont exaaaactly line up or the yoga pants are somewhat see through [if you actually do yoga in them]. That's where you find the best deals - the imperfections are so not noticeable & who cares, it gives the clothes character & keeps my wallet from crying. Everyone working there was super helpful and friendly, chatting with us about the new store, how they get new shipments of clothing in 2-3 times per week and even giving us restaurant suggestions between Austin & SM. I'll definitely be back to take my sister for some low[ish] priced Lululemon or buy a thing or two for myself! read more

Went shopping on Easter Saturday. They had Easter egg hunt going on where you can snag deals with eggs that you find. One of the associates at the entrance explained it's one egg per person. There was 4 of us, found 4 eggs and we had 4 items to buy. Thought it was a sweet and fun deal. Then the store manager denied it had to be 1 per group? although the cashier originally said she would have to do 4 separate transactions to honor the egg because only one egg is good for one transaction. We decided to use "free socks" egg that we found, I picked a pack of sock (which had 2 pairs in it) then the nice store manager says it has to be 1 pack sock only. We even pointed out that the sign reads "1 per person", he keeps denying it. When we drove by later that morning, he changed the sign to "1 per group". Nice job not to honor what you originally said, ruining egg hunt fun for $15 discounts (yes, that's the total value when you combine the wasted 3 coupons). The way the store manager was talking and treating us was super unfriendly, like we were asking $15000 discounts. He was the least kind person that I have met in all Lululemon stores, combining at least 4 different States and several foreign countries. read more

This corner is my favorite at these outlets. I always make my way into here and ferragamo. The only reason this location does not get 5 stars is even though there are deals to be had here, be on the lookout for sales at regular lululemon locations. Each individual store has different sales, and I have found better deals at regular stores in the sale section than the prices at the outlet. The service was bad. The product is awesome. I asked one of the employees where the black leggings were. She said they didn't have any , smiled and then walked away. So I looked and they had a rack. I've know about Luluemon for years, but never bothered to shop there. That day my friend wanted to go there and it was her birthday, so hence my first introduction to lulu. The people there are super friendly. Not in a bad way, but in a "we are here to save your soul" sort of way. The place is organized by sizes. That's different and saves time because you are not looking at things you like, but then disappointed because they didn't have your size. They also have clothes that you can wear that are not for working out. I didn't know that! I got a pair of pants. Black basic soft glorious pants. I paid too much for them even at the outlet, but I thought they were cute and comfy. I have worn those pants everyday for the past 4 days. Guess I should wash them soon. I wore them during the day to run some errands, then dressed them up at night. They look great, feel better and I think I could even sleep in them. Months ago while my husband was deployed overseas they refused to give me military discounts because I was "not active duty". Today, we went shopping again after my husband just came back from his 6 month deployment. He promised to buy me a pair of lulu lemon leggings because he knew I loved them but he knows they are pricey. When we went to buy the clothes they said "are you active duty" "yes" "okay well I still can't give it to you because it's not for personal use" ...really? These employees must be trained to never actually give the discounts they advertise or maybe it's just the fact that an African American was shopping in a company with all white employees. I had a great experience shopping here this past weekend! My first time shopping at LuLus & every one was extremely helpful and nice! I was a little nervous going in because I know how expensive LuLus can be (hence it was my FIRST time shopping at LuLus lol) but I actually found some gems! :) I found some workout leggings (idk name of style) but they were $39 and I bought a tank w/ a sports bra included for only $19!!! Don't get me wrong, I had to do some searching for these deals but definitely found them :) Some things in this outlet shop can be pricey, but just keep in mind you are paying for the MATERIAL! I saw a lady last week and I loved her jacket, she told me it was LuLus and paid $100.....3 years ago!!! It looked brand new to me. So I know that what I buy from LuLus is worth the money! read more

Wouldn't recommend. Awful customer service and wait time is over one hour to get in the door. On top to that, they text you when they are ready for you to enter and do not honor it. Received a text and they told us x2 we were next before letting other people in the door and telling us to get behind people who showed up after us. Eric offered assistance while my wife and I were shopping there last Saturday and then ended up helping us at the register when we checked out. He had an upbeat vibe, and once I had already paid and was putting my card back into my wallet, he saw my military ID card and stated that Lululemon had just recently started offering a military discount. Thinking it was going to be a small amount I told him not to worry about it as he had already scanned all of my items and I had already paid. He then said that the discount would save me around 30 dollars and he would be happy to void the charge and then ring everything up again this time adding the discount. It is not that often to encounter people like Eric who go out of their way to ensure the customer is happy. To be honest, I was not a huge fan of Lululemon, and most of the time, my wife and I skip the store when we visited the outlets. Though, never again. Jackpot! I am a complete Lulu fanatic, I spend way way way too much money on lulu gear, and have almost every style, color and fabric they make. Yes, it's pricey, but it is quality. I was all over making a visit to the outlet after I had heard about it. The good thing is, they have a wide assortment of stuff both mens and womens, and you do save quite a bit of money. I grabbed my husband a shirt and shorts, and the savings was about $100. I myself was able to get a couple of Y yoga tops for $30 a piece, which are usually $50-$60 I think. I also got a couple of other tops for $30 each. They didn't have a TON of pants, but I was able to get a black pair of crops for $50, which are usually $80. I will tell you if you are a size 2-4-6, you will love this place, unfortunately I am not. They also have water bottles, jackets, winter gear, zip up jackets, and shorts. Customer service was super friendly, and I got some really good stuff. Def. worth checking out! read more

Good prices, well organized store with helpful staff. Problem is finding something you like in your size. Went in searching for a size 6 or 8 sports bra (moderate support)...all the 6/8 were light support or not the basic style I needed. They had far more selection in 4's and 10's...I left without buying anything. My friend got a great deal on a jacket though, and she wasn't even looking to buy anything. They have great compliance with the covid 19 recommendations. Hand sanitizer and face masks were offered, and it was convenient that us customers could sign into a queue instead of waiting in line in the heat like other stores do. We were greeted and explained procedures by a polite guy working there, but the others weren't as friendly with customers or even each other it seems. While in the dressing room, a couple of the workers were talking bad about each other. The dressing room had other people in it, so if I heard that then I'm sure others did as well which is not very professional in my opinion. While checking out, I felt like I was being treated as if I were infected Covid 19 even though I was following proper procedures like wearing a mask. I tried handing my one item to the woman who was cashing me out but she just stood there looking at me. It wasn't until I placed the shirt on the counter that she picked it up. I get that maybe she was feeling awkward about having to work during this time because I wouldn't want to either, but I think that everyone deserves a little kindness or at least the courtesy to be explained if the procedure actually is to drop your items on the counter. I left feeling quite bad about myself. I truly hope the woman has a good day and her coworkers learn to practice kindness towards each other. Everyone is having a hard time right now. read more

The employees there are super nice and will definitely help you to find stuff you like in your size :)) The selection for my size (usually 4, sometimes 6) was better than most outlets i've been to. I love lulu & to have an outlet in a college town is a smart decision, but let me tell you it's slim pickings here. I'm a size 2-4 & not only are there usually no leggings there (or in any of the sizes for that matter), all that seems to be going on in the pants department are ugly culotte looking trousers. The shirts are good & sometimes have the bigger named items like the swiftly techs, but still not great. Only thing they've gotten right entirely are the sports bras. Lots of colors & options there, as well as a ton of discounted accessories. If you're trying to get a pair of lulu leggings for sale good luck because they literally have none. I love lululemon ! Especially this outlet. If your not picky about colors, you can find great items that are usually atleast 30-40% off the original price. They also have great sales on top of that. I always find a few items that I love each time I go. I did have to wait 3 hours to get In this past weekend but it was worth it! They have had soooo much good stuff recently. I got 8 shirts, 3 sports bras, 3 leggings, several pairs of pants, 3 pairs of bicycle shorts and a skirt for around $450 after my military discount. Full price at the store that would have been over $1200 so the outlet is for sure worth the hype!!! The only downside is I never see any of their popular style shorts there, so I buy those from the regular store which are well worth the $50ish dollars. They also give a 25% discount for military at all stores including the outlet! I know lululemon is expensive, but the outlet prices are not much more then target and the quality is way better. I understand the wait times are annoying to people but it's just how these crazy times are right now and won't last forever. read more

The staff were great here - friendly and helpful. The two star rating is just for guys selection of gear - which is really lack luster. I may have had high expectations since I've never seen a lululemon outlet although I shop regularly for lulu gear online and in signature retail shops. This store (for the men) is basically the least popular and most out there gear for men - a lot of which is on the Lululemon website in the clearance section or in the "we made too much section". If you're looking for a small in Men's let me know if you find one, I found one orange/teal blue singlet in the whole men's section and even at a reduced price it was just too loud for me. read more

They have only XXL and XL marked down. They do not mark down Medium and Small because they know these are the sizes most people come in there for. To be fair I think they should mark down all their clothes. It seems a little unfair to only heavily mark down the sizes that not that many people wear, and I found this very annoying! The drive to San Marcos for the Lululemon outlet was not worth it. I will stick with regular Lululemon stores for their current Lululemon clothes. The layout of the outlet store is not very good, and the selection for men is very limited. They do not have that many good styles and colors. All the good stuff seriously is at the regular Lululemon stores! As far as customer service goes I asked one of the male workers there why only XL was marked down, and I mentioned that the Small and Medium sizes were the same price as regular stores when they have a sale. He walked off and would not talk to me anymore. I guess the simple question annoyed him. Don't expect me to be going back to this outlet store. The other thing about this store is that their store sign is only a picture of a Lululemon logo. It does not even have the word Lululemon so it makes it even harder to identify the location of the store. read more
