My reason for only a three star is that I purchased two things. A blouse (I didn't try on) and a purse. My purchase came to over $50. I get home to find that the elastic is gone in one of the sleeves of the blouse and one zipper of the purse is broken. Neither item is usable. I recognize it's my own fault for not having tried on the blouse and not checking that all the zippers worked in the purse. I do think however, that at such a high-end consignment store that these things should have been checked before putting items out for customers to purchase. I am $50 out with nothing to show for it at all. This experience will affect my future shopping at this store.
