I tried to return an online order and followed the return instructions which did not include providing the original form of payment, so they refused to return my online order and I had to spend 1/2 hour on the phone with customer service to change the return through USPS. read more

Good selection, great sale rack, and very kind and helpful workers! I bought a pair of joggers a few weeks ago that had a seam rip. I came back to either get them repaired or exchange them. The manager and other two educators who helped me were AWESOME! Anne went above and beyond to see that I could get them replaced, and Amanda who checked me out was so sweet and helpful too. I didn't catch the name of the lady who helped me right when I walked in but she was great too. Showed me right where I needed to go. 10/10 for me today! read more

The primary question...do you want to drink the Lululemon Kool Aid? If yes, you will love this store. If not, you will think it's overpriced. For a quick background, Lululemon sells high end exercise apparel and also fitness "lifestyle" wear as you call it (ie--wearing yoga pants, stylish reflective jackets, on an every day basis). Both men and women's clothes are sold, but with a greater variety of women's clothing. You do get clever details like little pockets for exercise gels, appropriate layering options, reflective gear, nicely tailored jackets, etc. But it IS very expensive--prepare to pay up $75 for a pair of yoga pants and $16 for a headband, and any discounted merchandise is final sale only. Hemming for pants is free, as one would hope with $75 pants. The store is always well-staffed with employees ("Educators" in luluspeak) knowledgeable about the products (ps--they don't wear nametags, so you just have to ask a Lululemon wearing person if they are an employee). On Saturday mornings, there are free yoga classes for the public as well as the store offering a community board advertising local fitness opportunities. I think that most people find that if they love the clothes, they really love it and shop there on a regular basis, but some are completely turned off by the high prices and lack of sales. If the prices don't give you sticker shock, I recommend checking it out as they do have some interesting pieces that rotate regularly. read more

The only Lulu in an 8 mile circumference. Awesome. This Midvale store is one of the bigger and better stocked ones that I've seen (I've been to a few other ones on the east coast and in California) The employees are helpful..ish. I was asked from inside the dressing room if I needed to try on another size. I said yes - a six please..and never heard back, so I just went and got the pants. No big deal I guess, just weird that they offered and didn't follow through. No sale section from what I saw, but I guess that's pretty standard across the board at Lulu. read more

I am a fan of the brand and the pieces that they put out. I mostly purchase things for running, but obviously the yoga apparel is good. It's kind of a place you want to hit up to get some trendy and cute-ish clothes to work out in and likely be not so cute. So it depends if that is what you are going for. As far as this location, I feel that it is not as great as others I have been to. They seem to be out of many sizes especially in basic things that everyone wants. The staff at this store are always chatty and friendly! It's super convenient that they do free alterations and I have heard that the guarantee is pretty fair on the product. read more

I have not imbibed the lululemon kool-aid, but I do have a few pieces from the line and was satisfied with the quality. I have been to the lulu stores in Minnesota and always had a pleasant experience. The Hilldale store is a different story. I have only been into the store 3 or 4 times and with every single visit, I never receive a greeting or even a simple acknowledgement from an employee. I'd rather shop at the online store and interact with a computer screen rather than enter this brick and mortar only to feel like you are a burden to the snotty employees. read more

I have a pair of running pants from Lululemon that I use constantly and they are in the same shape after countless washings as the day I bought them 4 years ago. For me, the quality is worth the price and I feel awesome wearing my Lulu yoga top and running pants while working out.. the Hilldale store is so cheery and I have found the employees to be extremely helpful.. and always so positive and upbeat! I love that they have free yoga on Saturdays and I go regularly now. They also have a running club and other activities going on so it's a great way to get to know local yoga studios and other like- minded people, especially when you're new to the area like I am! read more

I love the lululemon product, and have great experiences at other stores in the midwest, but my experience at the Hilldale store makes me want to abanodon my devotion to them altogether.
