I was a bit skeptical at first about hypnotherapy and life coaching because of the heavy price tag attached but here's what happened. We had a counseling session to see what was going on in my life and how we could go about regaining my clarity and confidence. She helped me realize that there was a lot of past trauma that I had to forgive myself coupled with the bitter truth that my self-destructive tendencies may not have been my fault but is ultimately my responsibility to address. I'm not too sure if the hypnotherapy programmed my subconscious that allowed me to take more action in my life than floating around. The month after our sessions I made more progress in regaining my health by choosing healthier foods and cutting out smoking. I also found a new hobby of swing trading and opening myself up to diversifying and growing my wealth from my savings, severance check and Unemployment Benefits.
